The beautiful apartment with a size of approx. 36 m² has a large living / bedroom with kitchen and bathroom. The sleeping area with a double bed and bedroom closet can be separated by a ceiling-high sliding curtain. A double bed coutch and a dining area with table and chairs are available. The small kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Cable television, telephone, computer with DSL connection are available. The garden with pavilion, grill, palm trees, cypresses, oleanders has a Mediterranean flair and is reminiscent of a holiday in southern countries.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, klein aber fein, in ruhiger Lage (wenn auch an der Straße) mit kleinem wunderschönem Garten, 15 Fußminuten zum Strand..
