Don't book if you value sleep

The breakfast at the hotel across the street was really good. Service was really great aswell. Requested a different room due significant noice disturbance and the staff was accommodating and thinking with us.

Some rooms are really noisy due to the Aprés-ski bar below. If you really come for skiing and not aprés, would not recommend to stay here. We were given a room directly above the apres-ski bare Fire & Ice, which is open every night until 03.00 AM. Honestly it's not the noice that keeps you awake, it's the bass that shakes through the whole apartment. We barely got any sleep and would not recommend anyone to stay in the rooms directly above them if you actually come for the skiing.

Great location. A few quirks

Great location in Soelden. Near Giggijoch cablecar, as well as restaurants and some shops. Room was small but clean. Perfect for serious skiers.

WiFi was slow! Not good enough for on-line meetings. Be aware that you’re very close to two or three nightclubs, especially if overlooking the main street. The hotel was nice enough to provide earplugs on the pillow. So, they’re aware. My Airpod Pros did a nice job, so not a problem for me.

Great location. Great breakfast service. Too noisy for decent rest. Double charge on tourist tax.

Staff were really friendly, especially the breakfast cook. It made our day with his friendly and uplifting vibe, eager to fry up some eggs for our group. The buffet breakfast offering was superb and got us off to a good start for the day on the pistes. The hotel is very close to the ski lift so that made it easy to get onto the slopes for first runs.

Unfortunately my room was located directly above the Fire & Ice night club. I noticed several rooms located above the night club, so not just mine. This made it extremely difficult to sleep as the sound effortlessly permeated the room. Ear pugs provided by the hotel did not help at all, you could not avoid the pulsing vibrations of the music shaking the building till up to 2am. This led to sleep depravation and generally detracted from what could have been an excellent stay. The other two double rooms for my friends were not directly above the night club, but they too struggled to sleep due to the excessive loud music. I was also double-charged tourist tax for the whole group by the hotel on my departure.

Superb breakfast! Clean and efficient and great selection.

Hotel shares building with Fire & Ice disco which could be intrusive for light sleepers. They even provide ear plugs in the room!. I had no problem however as music seemed to finish by 10pm and wasn't too loud anyway.

Alles wäre wunderbar, wenn da nicht die laute Musik aus dem Café bis Mitternacht wäre.

Frühstuck ist sehr lecker. Es gibt ein Koch, der Eier-Gerichter kocht und Frisch-Saft-Machine. Zwar die Sauna Bereich kostenpflicht ist, aber es ist sehr bequem, luxus, sauber und entspannt. Eine Harpha-Konzert zum Weinachten war eine sehr tolle Überraschung.

Das ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels. Es ist ihr großes Problem und es ist sehr schade, dass sie solche Nachbarn haben. Es gibt ein Après-Ski-Café im Erdgeschoss. Man hört die Musik bis sehr spät und es ist unmöglich, zu schlafen. Ich musste jede Nacht mit Kopfhörern und Podcasts einschlafen und ich hasse es. WLAN ist auch ziemlich schlecht.

Nie wiem czy to dotyczy tylko części czy całego parkingu obiektu, ale moje miejsce parkingowe znajdowało się jakieś 150-200 m od budynku (po drugiej stronie rzeki), więc przenoszenie bagażu do pokoju może być trochę uciążliwe.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünscht. Auch hier ist das Personal super freundlich. Auch der Essenstipp war sehr gut.

Das Nachbarhaus ist direkt am Fluß und daher bei offenen Fenster sehr laut. Die Fenster sind aber gut schallisoliert.
