Unkompliziertes Check-In, auch wenn die Gastgeberin kein Englisch spricht. Ihre Tochter aber sehr wohl, was vieles vereinfacht.
Zimmer und Bad sind sauber, aber nicht allzu gross.
Vom grossen Balkon aus hat man einen guten Blick auf´s Bergmassiv - leider mit mehreren grottenhässlichen Hotelkomplexen davor.
Zahlreiche Steckdosen sind vorhanden und es gibt gutes WLan.
Das Restaurant bietet gute Küche. Man kann auch draussen auf dem Vorplatz essen, halt eben mit Verkehr vor der Nase.
Fühstück ist typisch rumänisch, mit Auswahloptionen.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es zahlreiche, nicht einsehbare Parkplätze, auch gut für Motorräder.
Personal ist freundlich, aber nicht sehr aufmerksam.
Das Hotel liegt mitten in Baile Herculane, an einer Durchgangsstrasse.
Für "people watching" ok, ansonsten laut.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht, auch wenn der Thermalbadort nicht zu den günstigsten gehört.

Great location and overall nice acomodations.
Didn't expect to be asked to pay 50 ron to use the jacuzzi... that was disapointing.
Very loud music played at multiple bars nearby, until late at night, didn't sleep well.

Everything was perfect. Very clean. The food was not only good but also well served and good quantity as well. Hospitality was at its maximum. The hosts were very nice and helpfull.
A place to return.
