Very good hotel to stop during travel via Brenner Pass.

There is noise outside from the trucks (reefers), as the hotel is next to truck stop / parking, but didn't bother us at all.

It is very close to truck parking whose deep engines sound is heard through closed windows, the air the area as well as bit polluted. It is ok for one or two overnights but for longer stay it might be bothering

The first interaction getting yelled at ruined my stay.

I got yelled at as soon as I walked in with my bike, she was yelling in German which I don’t understand so I didn’t know what I was doing wrong. After 5 minutes of trying to understand I realised bikes weren’t allowed inside the hotel. Then the bike storage room didn’t actually have any spots for bikes, just to leave then against the wall. Very poor. Very expensive to not include breakfast.

An okay basic stay if the WiFi would’ve worked.

We were just passing through on our way to the south. Very basic, clean and on the autostrada. It’s quiet. Staff was kind and helpful.

WiFi was terrible, in 2023 this should be better. Bit price for a basic room without breakfast. There’s a nice bakery and cafe in the nearby town though.

The arrival was strange. The form of Booking.com tells the staff stays in the front desk till 21.00. We arrived there before 19.00 There was nobody. So we do the check in by a machine in the front door The option to pay cash tomorrow isn't available in that machine so you have to pay by credit card...

Very straight forward checking in. Everything was in good shape. Very practical for the traveller passing through

Nothing much as you could not change the location but it is a very practical location for passing through although not so romantic. We would have liked a place to sit together as a group and eat our supper but the only place outside was occupied.

Very nice calm and cozy hotel. We enjoyed the views from balcony. Really friendly staff and nice choice of breakfast, awesome coffee before the drive Jaufenpass!

Not much but sometimes the truck traffic in nearby parking was a bit louder but thanks to well insulation no noise in the room.

Incredibly friendly reception staff. Comfortable rooms and very good quality bathrooms. Free hot drinks is a very nice touch, up in the mountains. Great views, lovely breakfast room.

Excellent overnight stay with very good attention to dietary needs by member of reception staff.

Good communication before arrival as I had forgotten to order breakfast. Hotel dealt very well with request for gluten free breakfast. Female receptionist acknowledged the request as we checked in and next morning spotted us and led us to our table with range of gluten free items ready. Better service than many hotels we’ve stayed in. Good location for overnight stay en route to Austria.

Facility closed to highway, but you couldn’t hear noise, beds were comfy, place was clean, took us a bit to find it outside the highway, great for leaving early the day after

spacious ground floor room. hot drinks available in lobby. handy for local campsite pizzeria and breakfast cafe. on a cycle/ walking route to town centre.

bit remote from town centre and poorly signed for walkers. price was higher on booking.com than at the desk.
