The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend.

My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen.

The staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient. The room itself was okay but the breakfast buffet had flies sitting on the cheese and cold meats (no doubt they were probably touring the whole buffet) which really brought down our view of the cleanliness of the hotel

Tired from driving all day we needed to rest and found this hotel nearby. As there is no air-conditioning we paid extra for a room with a terrace. It was so hot we slept with the window and door fully open all night. I cant imagine how hot the rooms without a terrace must have been. Nextdoors screaming toddler woke us before 7am so we didnt get much sleep. Nice enough hotel but not recommended for hot days/nights Nice coffee Mediocre internet Nice shower Great parking for our transit van

toilet in my room made bad smell during stay. I should put shampoo and soap in it. however I failed to eliminate it. I needed to turn on FAN in bathroom for whole night.

Hotel a little dated. Asked for additional pillows but was told none were available. Breakfast choice good and staff friendly and polite. Good location next to Ski lift. As it was a sports centre with good facilities for Children could be a little noisy and boisterous.

Calm and peaceful place to have a rest. Nice staffs in reception desk and bar. Room conditiins are so and so but no problem for a short stay.

We were looking for a convenient and inexpensive place to stay between the Dolomites and southern Germany. This filled the need. Dont expect anything fancy; the accommodations are plain, but that is what we needed. There are places to eat within walking distance, and they had a good breakfast.

Stayed here for two nights. Quite small room, but clean and newly refurbished. Breakfast was ok. We arrived at night and it was a bit scary when we drove at the empty parking lot under the bridge. Altought the hotel is close to Innsbruck its not cenvenient for traveling there as you have choose to pay almost €10 for the highway or drive the long winding road to get to the city.

Beautiful location at the foot of the Brenner Pass. A great place for walking and hiking up the valley. Great breakfast; quiet rooms.

Difficult to give a fair review as there was a lot of building work going on during our stay, so was quite noisy and dusty.
