Pleasant stay, good value for money

The wellness centre (sauna and the pool) is very good with amazing views to the valley/mountains. The hotel staff is very friendly and nothing is a problem. Me and my family felt very nice in the hotel during the stay. The breakfast is good, even if the choice is not the biggest. I recommend to reserve the half board. The dinner consists from salad bar, primary and secondary meal with the choice from two meals (with at least one meal is from local cuisine).

The room furniture is old and the bed is not comfy.

Great place, perfect view, surprising spa center including wet and dry sauna, indoor pool, and water beds, very relaxing area, standard rooms, room cleaning service every day.

Quite small rooms, small and thin pillows, quite poor breakfast, no eggs, no options for celiacs.

Sauna i basen otwarte tylko przez kilka popołudniowych godzin dziennie, o czym nie byłyśmy poinformowane przed… dotarłyśmy do obiektu wieczorem i nie mogłyśmy z niczego skorzystać po 18.

Lo staff era cortese, la vallata bellissima e la spa carina

Mi hanno dato una camera sporchissima per poi cambiarmela con una camera che aveva due letti divisi e anche quella non era pulita aveva una saponetta usata dentro alla doccia e peli nel bagno. Ce ne siamo andate dopo 1 notte. La struttura è bellissima ma non curata come si deve.. gestita male a parte una ragazza molto cordiale che ci ha aiutato per qualsiasi necessità. Inoltre nella spa non erano ammessi bambini ma alla fine c’erano

Es waren sehr schöne und erholsame Tage im Sarntal.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Alles war sehr sauber. Der SPA Bereich (Sauna und Pool) sind toll. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Die Lage ist toll.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg über das Penserjoch.

Wir sind mit dem Rennrad von Sterzing via Penserjoch angereist/ gefahren und das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Etwas entfernt von der Straße und damit nicht den direkten Verkehrslärm. Personal und Restaurant sind sehr gut.

die Hotelzimmer sind im "Altbau" und dieser ist nicht unbedingt hellhörig allerdings hört man die Wasserrohr - Geräusche wenn jemand spült oder duscht. Für uns kein Problem da wir auf Grund der sportlichen Betätigung mehr als gut geschlafen haben

La struttura si presenta con la parte ristrutturata wellness molto bella e piacevole sia per prendere il sole con la parte esterna che per godersi la piscina piacevolmente riscaldata , sauna e angolo relax con lettini ad acqua per coccolarsi con un buon libro

Ahimè la camera che ci è stata data era datata ..il letto si presentava con un materasso e solo il coprimaterasso senza un lenzuolo ..molta polvere agli angoli del letto e centrini che eviterei visto poco igienici e moquette poco pulita..il bagno veramente piccolo e datato visto le crepe nel lavandino e rubinetteria poco funzionale..gli asciugamani in dotazione vecchi e usurati..i muri lasciati andare... Non è stato chiesto un documento e abbiamo cercato atteso qlc che ci accogliesse, per fortuna la donna delle pulizie dopo mezz'ora ha comunicato il nostro arrivo... Così è stato per la cena che nemmeno eravamo in nota per il soggiorno.. Nel menu pomodoro e mozzarella o carbonara non si può presentare.. Camera vista piscina non esiste come la connessione wifi..non prende nulla e i canali TV sono locali..

Soddisfattissimi della location in tutti i sensi. Una valle meravigliosa con paesaggi da fotografia.

Per due persone originari del sud cui piace la montagna in periodo estivo i percorsi escursionistici della valle sono troppo ripidi.

Da fare in due tre giorni

Il posto è bellissimo immerso nella natura lontano dal caos. La spa molto bella e la sala da pranzo con vetrate enormi e visuale da cartolina. La possibilità di lunghe camminate attorno alla struttura con piste ciclabili in relax da torrenti cascate e il respirare dell’ottima aria

Non mi sono piaciute le camere vecchie datate,i cuscini erano inesistenti ,non c’era il bidè. La tv non si vedevano i canali italiani e il mangiare non è il massimo

Una settimana di relax!

Ottima posizione per visitare la Val Sarentino, paesaggi meravigliosi! Colazione e cene con prodotti di qualità Zona SPA davvero molto rilassante, piscina coperta, sauna, asciugamani a disposizione e selezione di bevande/tisane Staff cordiale e disponibile!

Le camere sono un po' datate, senza bidet e con la moquette, ma per una settimana di relax ci si adatta tranquillamente!

Schönes Hotel im Sarntal, welches kaum Wünsche offen lässt.

Die Lage im Sarntal ist zwar etwas exponiert, aber genau das wollten wir. Das Hotel ist teilweise schön ausgebaut, Wellnessbereich und Pool sind schön und modern. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Getränkebar im Wellnessbereich welche während der Öffnungszeiten kostenlos ist. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch immer sauber und funktionell. Der Restaurantbereich ist sehr modern, trotzdem dem ortsüblichen Stil verbunden. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig bestückt und es wird immer sofort nachgelegt. Wir haben uns jeden Abend für das Menü entschieden, welches 3 Gänge + Salatbuffet beinhaltet und unglaubliche € 15.-- kostet, dafür bekommt man wo anders gerade eine Vor- und Nachspeise. Garage für Gäste ist großzügig angelegt, wir haben mit dem Motorrad immer einen Platz bekommen.

Hundefreundliches Familienhotel für 1-2 Nächte mit tollen Spa Bereich & tollem Essen

- Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend - die Aussicht beim Essen wunderschön - Regionale Produkte und das Abendessen, sowieso Frühstück sehr lecker - Der Spa Bereich ist außergewöhnlich schön. Schöne Saunen, toller Pool und Außenbereich mit Liegen. Tolle Aussicht. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchfahrt hier. Besonders der Spa/Pool Bereich und der kleine Bauernhof haben uns super gefallen. Wir sind abends mit unserem Hund spazieren gegangen. Wir konnten uns gut entspannen. Unser Hund konnte problemlos mit zum Essen kommen.

Die Anlage, das Restaurant und der Spa Bereich sind super modern und hell. Die Zimmer sind leider das Gegenteil, weshalb wir uns hier nicht so wohl gefühlt haben. Die Betten waren gemütlich und wir haben gut geschlafen aber die Zimmer bräuchten dringend eine Renovierung, um zum Rest des Hotels zu passen. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel, alt und es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade das Badezimmer.

bij de boeking aangegeven dat wij 22.00 zouden arriveren, dit is geaccepteerd. vanaf 17.00 was het hotel niet te bereiken. wij zouden nog iets later komen ivm veel file en door ongelukken. ook is het adres dubbel en stonden wij aan de andere kant van de berg waardoor wij ook weer 45 min moesten omrijden. Ik kreeg niemand te pakken en stond met 8 personen om 23.00 na een vreselijke rit voor een dichte deur. Nergens een nood nummer te vinden of een manier om contact te krijgen. er is ook niet gevraagd hoe wij er voor staan of iets in die trant gewoon de deur dicht gegooid en wij zoeken het maar uit. bij 1 kamer/persoon kan ik dit voorstellen, maar een hele groep die wel al betaald heeft is dat natuurlijk wel vreemd. een flinke tegenvaller voor het begin van een vakantie. uiteindelijk weer een hotel moeten boeken mensen moesten ineens bij elkaar op de kamer en weer een flinke klap geld uitgegeven.

Familiengeführtes Hotel, mit sehr schönem Schwimmbad, Ruhebereich und Sauna. Frisch und regional zubereitete Speisen. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Schöner Außenbereich mit Sitzbänken, Tischen und Kinderspielbereich. Die Lage zum Wandern und Radfahren schön gelegen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hellhörig. (Husten und Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich hörbar)
