Wonderful service, wonderful concept

Guesthouse was warned out - needed modernisation. Close to the church so the bells rang every 15 min during most hours. But we were warned.

Breakfast was fantastic and our hungry young men (18/19 and both over 2m) were completely satisfied! In addition, the restaurant/brewery served beer and pizza whenever they wanted. We did not expect to eat in the hotel restaurant every night but the quality of the food, the variety on the menu and the reasonable prices made us reluctant to venture anywhere else. Plus, we were able to bring our big dog with us everywhere and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we heard no noise from outside on the street or inside from other guests. The beds were big and very comfortable and room temp was easy to regulate. We had a balcony with a nice view. We were in the other building (Unterwirt) which was quiet, set back on a side street overlooking a pedestrian zone. It was a short, pretty walk to the main building. There were picturesque hiking trails that set off right from the hotel and the hotel provided daily tips for what to do. Reserved parking for our big van was right in front of the hotel. It was a quick drive (25 min) for skiing or sledding.

The rooms in Unterwirt were not so modern and our bathroom was a bit small and outdated, but nevertheless very comfortable and functional. Since we had a pet with us, I would have liked a bit more storage space where the dog couldn´t get at things. I had the feeling there were certain rooms reserved for those traveling with pets and there were certain areas in the restaurants where we had to sit with our pet - which is totally understandable. I would have wished for a sauna or small wellness area. The kids did not think the WIFI was great, but for checking work email it was fine!

A wonderful location to discover Passeier Valley

Everything! A special mention to the lovely staff of the Braukeller which made our evenings dining (and drinking) at the hotel even more pleasant. By the way, one of the best pizzas in the area, with some Calabrese touch 😉. Also make sure you don't miss the locally brewed IPA, that's a serious drinking experience.

During the peak days of the peak season the hotel (and the restaurant) is very busy, but this is the price to pay when you are so highly rated.

Disappointing

The room was very clean and the COVID restrictions were well applied.

I paid for a room with balcony, but received one without. Poor command of English from most of their people. A bit of false advertising, the pool in the pictures is a public one, you get "free" entry with a card from the hotel. The annex is about 200 m making it a problem is you have to haul some heavy luggage or if you want to go very light to the pool. The room was spacious, but kind of empty, I couldn't use my laptop because the TV was taking all the space on the small desk. Had quite a couple of disconnects for the wireless.

Sehr freundliches positives Personal, tolles Frühstück.

Wir waren in dem Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war gross aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet (1Stuhl, kein sep.Tisch, grosses Bett (war bequem und sauber), Schrank. Da unter dem Dach ging der Aufzug nicht bis in den 3Stock. Kiefer-Holztäfelung, Teppichboden, Dusche in der Badewanne unter der Dachschräge, recht schwierig zu duschen bei 175cm-Person...Da bietet sich die Badewanne an ;-) Nebenan die Kirche, die ab 7:00h läutet.

Una piacevole scoperta.

Accoglienza perfetta, camera molto pulita e spaziosa. Abbiamo gradito molto anche il fatto che hanno un piano in cui mangiare e degustare ottime birre e un altro piano a pub in cui passare il post serata. Tutto molto bello.

Tolle Motorradtouren und Wanderungen mit anschließender Gaumenfreude.

Sehr freundliche Menschen. Wunderschöne Gegend. Vortreffliches Essen. Eine Wanderung durch das Passeiertal ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die kostenlose Nutzung der Buslinien für Gäste ist genial. Man wird sehr gut beraten. Perfekt, wenn man mit seiner Fellnase verreist.

방에들어가자마자 파리가 두마리나 보였고 무당벌레도있었음 / 파리 잡을려고 너무 애쓰고 힘들었음 결국 한마리만 잡았음 / 에어컨이 없었다는건 알고있었지만 너무 더웠음 베란다 창문여니 담배냄새가 너무 심했고 바깥소음이 정말심했음 / 방이 너무 좁고 캐리어 겨우 필정도임 3명방을 예약했는데 1명은 1인쇼파베드라 너무 불편했음 / 조식 종류가 너무 없었음 / 밖에 성당이 있었고 종소리가 너무 크고 30분마다 울려서 너무시끄러웟음/ 그리고 양조장과 같이 운영되는 레스토랑에서 저녁식사를 했는데 서버가 동양인 차별이 굉장히 심했음 그리고 양조장치고 맥주가 더럽게 맛이 없었음 온도가 너무 높았고 여러종류의 맥주를 시켰지만 하나도 맛이 없었음 / 음식도 맛없었음 / 이 호텔 맥주가 너무 맛이 없어서 옆집 호텔에서 먹은 맥주가 훨씬 맛있었음 여기 호텔가는 한국인들은 걸러가세요

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Unterwirt vicinissimo al Martinerhof Siamo stati benissimo L'hotel è datato ma abbiamo trovato tutto l'essenziale di ottima qualità Dall' accoglienza della reception, al personale della pulizia della sala colazione e della cucina abbiamo trovato tanta gentilezza e cordialità, io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ben accolti dalla signora Sonia e coccolati da Teresa e Anna Con un pass abbiamo potuto utilizzare la piscina comunale e la sauna proprio di fronte all' hotel, come pure tutti i mezzi per girare per i caratteristici paesi della valle Ogni giorno potevamo partecipare ad un evento o una escursione organizzata con guida. La Birreria di proprietà dell' hotel poi ha aggiunto un gusto più piacevole alle nostre cene La val Passiria è stata una scoperta piacevolissima, una valle incastonata tra meravigliose cime e posti incantevoli ed emozionanti Consigliatissimo

Esperienza assolutamente da rifare!

La posizione perfetta per visitare le maggiori città del Tirolo, il buon cibo del ristorante e il personale sempre disponibilissimo!

Le camere senza aria condizionata purtroppo, in una delle settimane piú calde dell'anno, erano un pò scomode. Per fortuna lo staff, sempre gentilissimo, ci ha fornito un ventilatore per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Dobrá volba

Ubytování je na hezkém a klidném místě s možností parkování. Pokoje jsou dostatečně velké, částečně (mimo koupelny) renovované. Personál je milý a ochotný. Hotel má restauraci i s venkovním sezením a má výbornou kuchyň. Snídaně jsou vynikající, s individuálním přístupem a přípravou vajec přímo na objednávku.

Ubytováni jsme byli v budově vzdálené od hotelu cca 200 metrů, což jsem z rezervace nepochopil. Budova je vedle hřbitova s kostelem, takže ráno od šesté hodiny zní pravidelně zvony. V podkrovních pokojích bylo velké horko, ostatní pokoje níže byly v pořádku.
