    Staff are very nice and responsive. Close location to a gym, but 10-15 walk to the nearest subway station. Very spacious. Definitely more of an apartment style hotel with full kitchen, silverware, dish dryer, electric water kettle. No single use toothbrush, toothpaste, etc so plan accordingly. Dryer takes ~3 hrs to dry, but I think that is typical of Asian dryers. I appreciate that they had one. Overall had a great time, would book again.

    On the day of check in, we had arrived shortly after 12pm. We were told the rooms were not yet ready, but we can store our luggage first - which we were totally fine with. Then the assistant manager said, due to CNY holidays, they might need a little extra time, which we were okay with as well. The usual check in time is 3PM, and we came back at 430PM, which should leave ample time for clean up. HOWEVER, at 430PM, we were told our rooms were still not ready and that they need more time, at which point I'm baffled as to why. I asked the assistant manager what was wrong, and all she did was stare at her screen and tell me that the rooms were not ready and nothing else she can do. My family had been travelling and we have 3 kids under 3 years old, all desperately tired and needed a place to rest and nap. We asked for any rooms to be ready so the kids can nap first, at which point the assistant manager refused, and said it's impossible because another guest will be checking in and "they are staying for over a month", insinuating that this guest, who has not yet arrived at the hotel, is more important than our party of 9 adults plus 3 kids, for which I have booked a total of 4 rooms at this serviced residence. When we pressed her about what was wrong with the rooms and that we want to see the rooms, she couldn't give us a proper reply, making us very uncomfortable about our upcoming stay at this place. When she had finally let us up to see the rooms, we can see that the sheets still haven't been changed, the rooms wreaked, and seems like the previous guests had just left. We feel that she had not properly managed the situation and was dishonest about what was really going on. It also didn't help to imply that our party was not as important as her other guest who had a long-term stay. If she had properly managed out expectations when we originally arrived, at least we would know what to expect and when we should come back to the hotel for check in. Also, even after the rooms were cleaned, there is a bad smell coming from the pipes. The manager of the hotel only came to speak to me about the situation after a good 20 to 30 minutes. If it weren't for high travel season during the CNY, we would have left this hotel right away and never come back.
