    1. The is no shower curtain installed in the bathroom, causing water to splash throughout the entire bathroom during showers, including the floor and the toilet area. The wet and slippery floor creates a safety hazard and increases the risk of falling. 2. The air conditioning temperature is fixed and cannot be adjusted by guests to a comfortable setting. 3. During the stay, the hotel should not require guests to leave their room key card at the from desk in order to receive housekeeping services. 4. In addition, for guests who fail to honor their room reservations, the hotel should not complain about them to other guests who happen to know them. Furthermore, the staff's attitude when handling check-in and guest complaints was not friendly or professional.

    Facilities are good. With bidet and centralized AC Located in 4F and no stairs With slippers and bath tub Located 10mins (via walk) from taipei main station but less bus in the area esp late night
