Great location, nice place, in general everything was good

The location is excellent, next to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It was easy to receive the keys at check-in and we were showed to our room. The location was very clean in general.

Some small things that took a bit from the experience, like having the same set of towels for 4 nights or the water dripping from the air con on the balcony all the time and making the floor wet.

Location is top.Next to the beach, close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and locals. Nice place, clean, everything you need is there. The Owner is so net. I prefer Dimitra house.

I booked this apartment for my parents' holiday. They were extremely satisfied with their stay at Dimitra House. The host was super kind and helpful. The apartment was modern and super clean and probably recently renovated. The kitchen was small but very functional with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom was spacious enough. The side sea view from the balcony was amazing! The perfect place to stay in Stavros.

Perfect place for relaxed holidays in Stavros

Dimitra House is the best accomodation in Stavros. The location is excellent - there is a good caffee 10 meters from the house (Anemas), there is an perferct taverna 50 meters from the accomodation (Jazz) and there is a fresh fruit market on Thursday next to the house. But the best thing in Dimitra House is Athina, the house manager (and the ballet teacher). If you have a problem, just stay calm and ask Athina. And she will solve it. ❤

Stavros, a place for a quiet getaway.

Watched the sunrise and sunset every day, perfect. Lovely apartment with a great balcony overlooking the beach, sea and bay with close proximity to the town centre, shops, restaurants and harbour. Our host was lovely and looked us very well and we can't recommend Dimitra Hse enough.

Nothing, as it was ideally situated with great views of the sea and surrounding mountains.

Superb

Very nice place. We could choose between two apartments, so we chose the smaller one but with the balcony and the sea view. The room was cosy and clean, we found everything we needed. The bathroom was very small, but that was ok. We stayed just one night but it would be also lovely even for a week! The beach was few steps from the house and there are nice seafood restaurants in Stavros. I would also recommend ancient city of Stagira, just 20 mnts from Stavros by car. Lovely stay!

Despite COVID, food was great , we slept good and left with a big smile! See you next year!

We had a nice surprise by Athina and got a free upgrade for a room with a Sea view on the 2nd floor! Very close to the beach, had a nice view with my morning coffee! Very quiet place and friendly neighbours, beach bars were no more than 100m to the hotel. Supermarket just around the corner, tasty BBQ food on the back of Dimitra House. Athena was always helpful if we needed something, she gave us extra keys, locations for cool places to visit... Everything about the room was what we expected. Clean and maintained room and bathroom. Central town if you want to visit places in Chalkidiki... Everything is about 80-100kms from Stavros with good access to the highway. I recommend going to the Varvara Waterfalls. 2-3km dirt road just after the main road but its accessible by car . Every Thursday there is a flea/farmers market 50 meters from Dimitra on the right, near the "Luna Park" .

In the hotel everything was fine, sometimes the hot water disappears while showering for 3-5 seconds , but nothing too serious.. Most of the staff around town speak broken English. It will be a challenge having small talk with the locals. No problem in Dimitra House! Due to COVID , everything closes just before midnight (23:50 and they ask for their money), so forget about nightlife. Great and quiet place/town for families with kids and old/senior people. Very few places to go for young people (18-30) . No watersports in Stavros (at least we didn't find any). We did find in Asprovalta (~6-7kms by car or 20-30 minutes walking on the beach to the north) Lunapark was a disappointment for adults. The rides are for kids/teenagers. Wouldn't recommend adults taking the rides.

Очень хорошая гостиница! Отличные люди, была задержка рейса самолета, пока добрались с аэропорта, хозяева встретили, ждали ночью. Очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Хорошее месторасположение, первая линия. Прекрасный городок, все в пешей доступности. Нам все понравилось.

Не было стиральной машины, отдали вещи в прачечную, заплатили 30 евро, ждать пришлось сутки, выстирались вещи довольно плохо.
