Fantastic location for a ski trip. We stayed for five days and went skiing every day. The shuttle takes you directly to the slopes and down to the city center, which is very convenient. Every room has a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. We also had breakfast at the hotel, it comes at an extra cost, but the fresh pastries were absolutely worth it..
The rooms are a little dark, nothing critical though, only matters if you want to do some makeup in the evening :)

The reception team was warm, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The same positive energy continued at breakfast — the service and staff were genuinely pleasant.
The rooms are extremely small, and the ceilings are so low that it is very easy to hit your head when walking through the door. This is not something one expects for the price category.
The location is also misleading. It is not convenient for walking to Megève city center at all. Although there is a shuttle service, the system does not function properly and creates unnecessary frustration among guests. We witnessed repeated tension between guests due to the disorganized shuttle arrangement.
Room cleanliness was below standard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and on one day when we returned at 17:30, housekeeping had still not serviced the room.
Basic amenities such as cotton buds and makeup pads were not provided. Additionally, the room slippers were simple flip-flops, which feels quite inappropriate — even ironic — for a ski hotel.
