apartment and underground parking is excellent. a 15-20 walk into town BUT lifts closer. apartment was lovely and clean.

Appartement confortable, bien équipé, décoration moderne avec la touche montagne juste suffisante pour se sentir dépaysé.

Le wifi était très "paresseux" (problème technique ?)
Les casiers à skis normalement prévus avec les appartements étaient condamnés pour notre part, nécessitant de remonter le matériel dans l'appartement (!) et ... peut être qu'un casier pourrait être aménagé sur la terrasse ?
Voiture quasi obligatoire pour se rendre sur les pistes même si la première remontée n'est qu à un kilomètre environ. Peut être qu'il y a une consigne au pied des pistes et/ou une navette, mais pour notre court séjour nous n'avons pas investigué cette solution.

A savoir : Centre de Megève à 1,5km ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous bons marcheurs.

We had an overall nice stay at Résidence de l’Ours in Megève. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, with great attention to detail. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the covered parking was a real plus. The residence is also conveniently located, only about a 6-minute drive from the center of Megève.
However, the service was not as good as expected. Before check-in, the host confirmed that dishwashing pads and products would be available, but upon arrival there was no dishwashing liquid or basic cleaning products in the kitchen. We had to buy essential items ourselves, which normally should be provided.
In addition, the safety box was not working when we arrived. The host did provide batteries for us to replace them, which solved the issue, but it would have been preferable for this to be checked in advance.
Additionally, the designated trash disposal area is not nearby and requires using the car, which is particularly inconvenient on snowy days. On top of that, the communication around this was quite strict, with a threat of a €50 fine if the rules are not respected.
Finally, guests are required to reduce or switch off the heating at check-out, otherwise a fine may apply. This is something that, in our opinion, should be handled by the staff rather than placed on guests.
Overall, the accommodation itself is very nice, but the service and some policies could definitely be improved to match the quality of the apartment.

A little further out than we expected. A good 20 minute walk to town, with no shops or restaurants nearer. And 15 minutes to the ski lift.
We were three - it would have been a squeeze for any more,
