The most outstanding thing about this property was the staff. There is 24 hour reception so there is always someone available and they all go out of their way to help and make your stay memorable. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Help with getting luggage to the room. Personalised hot orders for breakfast. Hot/cold drinks by the fire place (for a fee). Parking onsite. Ski lockers downstairs. Short walk to centre ville (although we did get lockers for our skis and boots at the gondola). Very pleasant lounge area. Reasonable price for Megeve. Highly recommended.

The room was beautiful, cosy and had great views and a very comfy bed. The lounge was also lovely and a great place to chill out.
The breakfast had good products but choice a bit limited.

Quaintness- location and cleanliness especially in daily room cleaning.
Just wish we could have had evening meals. Not a complaint though.
