Dishonest and Not Trustworthy

You advertise a room, you describe what is in and what is available, and then you provide it to a customer who agrees to pay you in return...not rocket science. On arrival, the hosts were clearly not expecting me, despite the fact I had booked online. After working out why I was there, the host then told me that they usually let the studio to 3 guests or more, not single travellers. Of course, this didn't stop them from taking my money when it was paid over Booking.Com. He then said that they would be able to accommodate me for the same price for a different room. I had travelled from Podgorica on a hot day and so wasn't in a position to look for new accommodation, and would otherwise have asked for an immediate refund. The room was basic, and lacked most of the advertised features, including air conditioning and a private bathroom. It wasn't what was advertised and it wasn't what I paid for. This showed a complete lack of respect for me as a paying customer and was also extremely dishonest. This isn't the first time they have done this - see the previous reviews. Clearly, they take the original booking and then change it if a better option (i.e. more people for a single booking) comes along. I would not recommend the accommodation provider and would encourage people to look elsewhere.

The property, the bathroom, the display of appartement, the appartement was very hot, no Toilette paper, not hot water on shower, the smell of beds and more and more

Worst acomodation that I had

Nothing, we hardly waited for the night to pass so we can go.

The owner changed our room type, he gave us a worse room and asked for more money that what was on the reservation, and he said that we can go if we don't like it, but this happened at 22:00, where can you go at this hour?!. The smell in the apartment was really bad, everything looked dirty and really old, like they recycled everythin., he didn't respect most of the options he had on booking for his rooms. It was the worst experience I had with a acomodation.

Questionable apartment

The apartment was a good walk to the city center and the beach. It had a great view from the balcony and the elderly were very nice and polite.

We were demanded more money than the initial cost of the apartment, and even with us paying the taxes the owner wanted 50eur more. It was said to us if we don't want to pay we can look for another apartment, it is our fault for coming in early, which was around 9-10 am, but we said that we don't need rooms right away we just need somewhere to leave our stuff and we will be back at 2 pm. We agreed with paying more and stayed. There weren't enough of cutlery and dishes for four persons, the bathroom had a damaged shower head where it leaked everywhere. The air-conditioning was only available for a short period of time, which was only an hour or two daily. The ad for the apartment said that there would be TV but none was present.
