The room was spacious and well-lit, the towel warmer and heating worked well, getting the keys after-hours was really easy, and there was a huge supermarket just around the corner.

A bit noisy, small lumpy pillows, no sponge or dish towel in the kitchenette. And I wanted to do laundry but the app was going to charge 20€! I just wanted one wash!

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful in trying to resolve our issues with the room we were allocated. We were shown two alternative rooms but decided not to stay for the week we had booked. We were given a refund for the nights we did not stay.

We arrived after reception hours so were pre-allocated a room that we stayed in for one night until we could addess issues with the room on the next day. The room appeared to have been formerly used as student accommodation and had not been sufficiently renovated or cleaned to make it suitable for a guest room. The net curtains on the windows were extremely dirty, the two seats in the room were very stained, the electric cooking hob had not been properly cleaned and the kettle was covered in accumulated fat splashes from the hob. While the other two alternative rooms we were shown were in a slightly better condition regarding the cooking facilities they were all not sufficiently cleaned to be suitable for letting to hotel/apartment guests.

Everything. A quiet place, a nice and clean room, an excellent position, close to the Parc de Gauyelles and the Université de Rennes 1 campus. In addition, downtown is not as far. You can easily reach it in 10 minutes by bus (you have just to step by your room to get to the bus stop) or 1h of a pleasant walking.

The only thing I may complain (but I have to make an effort to find one) is the absence of an electric oven. However, there is a microwave oven that for a short stay is fair enough.

The receptionist was very helpful with issues I had regarding the end of my stay. The property is located next to a mall with essential facilities. Furthermore the location is close to Beaulieu university Campus.

Le confort, la qualité et la sécurité des lieux. Les lieux sont propres et le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute.

Il manque un sèche linge dans la buanderie commune. Sinon tout était vraiment super.

Le lieu, assez bien situé avec des magasins a seulement 2 minutes de marche.

Alors beaucoup de choses... On a un numéro d'accès qui n'est pas le bon donc on doit attendre dehors, personne à l'accueil un SAMEDI matin et personne ne répond au téléphone, on arrive a rentrer a l'aide d'un résident on a un 2 ème code pour récupérer notre clé qui ne marche toujours pas on appelle un autre numéro et on attend, on attend beaucoup au téléphone un monsieur qui ne connaissais rien du coup a chaque question il nous dit "je vous laisse patienter un instant" et sa pendant 20 minutes. On nous donne un code mais encore une fois... Il marche mais on reçoit la clé numéro 10 alors qu'on devait recevoir la clé numéro 4 donc on attend encore de longues minutes jusqu'à recevoir notre clé et on va dans notre chambre, agréablement surpris c'est super propre mais... Pas d'éponge, pas de sopalin, pas de liquide vaisselle et j'en passe ! Il n'y avait rien. Un bruit d 'eau touuut le long de la nuit du goutte a goutte tout temps . Notre lit... Un mouvement et tout les draps partait, on a commandé un lit double on reçoit 2 lit simple coller. On va a l'accueil pour régler car on a pris l'option "réglé sur place" a 175€ pour 3 nuits a la place de l'option "réglé en ligne" a 130€ la réceptionniste nous dit avec le sourire "On a voulu débiter votre carte mais ça n'a pas marché" je lui ai donc dit c'est normal je n'ai pas rentré mes informations bancaires sur le site" Donc pour résumer il voulait me débiter 175€ en ligne alors que le tarif était à 130€. On va pour payer en espèces et on nous sourie à la gueule parce qu'il ne prennent pas l'espèce, seulement la carte. Conclusion a fuir mais merci beaucoup a la femme de chambre et seulement elle.

apartamento muito bem situado perto de tudo, agua sempre quentinha, o dono da casa sempre pronto a ajudar, muito tranquilo nao se ouve barulho nenhum ,descansas muito bem neste lugar, perto de shops metro tudo muito bom, aconselho levar o carro, se nao levar tem tudo a volta na mesma e lagoa perto para ir com familia.
