The room was spacious and well-lit, the towel warmer and heating worked well, getting the keys after-hours was really easy, and there was a huge supermarket just around the corner.

A bit noisy, small lumpy pillows, no sponge or dish towel in the kitchenette. And I wanted to do laundry but the app was going to charge 20€! I just wanted one wash!

Booked 8 nights, stayed 1 night

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful in trying to resolve our issues with the room we were allocated. We were shown two alternative rooms but decided not to stay for the week we had booked. We were given a refund for the nights we did not stay.

We arrived after reception hours so were pre-allocated a room that we stayed in for one night until we could addess issues with the room on the next day. The room appeared to have been formerly used as student accommodation and had not been sufficiently renovated or cleaned to make it suitable for a guest room. The net curtains on the windows were extremely dirty, the two seats in the room were very stained, the electric cooking hob had not been properly cleaned and the kettle was covered in accumulated fat splashes from the hob. While the other two alternative rooms we were shown were in a slightly better condition regarding the cooking facilities they were all not sufficiently cleaned to be suitable for letting to hotel/apartment guests.

Exceptional

Everything. A quiet place, a nice and clean room, an excellent position, close to the Parc de Gauyelles and the Université de Rennes 1 campus. In addition, downtown is not as far. You can easily reach it in 10 minutes by bus (you have just to step by your room to get to the bus stop) or 1h of a pleasant walking.

The only thing I may complain (but I have to make an effort to find one) is the absence of an electric oven. However, there is a microwave oven that for a short stay is fair enough.

The receptionist was very helpful with issues I had regarding the end of my stay. The property is located next to a mall with essential facilities. Furthermore the location is close to Beaulieu university Campus.

Accueil très agréable. Proximité d’un hypermarché. Hôtel calme, pas de nuisances particulières

Cela n’à rien à voir avec l’établissement, mais l’emplacement, en ce qui me concerne, ne permet absolument pas d’envisager un nouveau séjour... Loin...trop loin du centre ville pour qui ne dispose pas d’un véhicule.

Le personnel nous a refusé l’entrée à 14h alors qu’il y’avait bien noté arrivé à partir de 14h et il nous on demandé de revenir pour 15h après 4h de route avec enfants fatigué nous avons pas trop apprécié Et le jour du départ il nous on réveiller à 9h pour sortir de la chambre pour effectuer le nettoyage alors que les départ sont à 12h au plus tard 4 jours sur place serviette de bain non changé refus

Parfait pour un court séjour !

Très bon accueil et grande disponibilité du personnel. Le logement était très propre et très confortable. Bouilloire, cafetière, tisanes... Résidence calme, proche des transports en commun et d'un centre commercial.

Ottima esperienza

L' alloggio è pulito, il letto comodo, bagno dotato di comfort, asciugacapelli comodo anche per una messa in piega. Ideale per chi ha la macchina perché il parcheggio è gratuito. La receptionist molto cortese e gentile. Anche se non vicinissimo al centro in zona è presente un centro commerciale e le fermate dei tram sono molto vicine.

Unica nota negativa, le tende andrebbero rinfrescate un po' più spesso per chi è allergico non sono il massimo ma superabile.

L'appart Hôtel est une formule qui m'a permis de ne pas stresser

Spacieux, très agréable. Literie excellente. Prévoir de se garer à distance sauf weekend quand les entreprises sont fermées autour. Grande surface et station essence à coté. J'y retournerai sans problème.

La table de repas n'était pas propre mais pas grave, un oubli peut-être vu que le reste était impeccable.
