Hotel was better than expected, with a modern look to it. As I arrived quite late it was nice to be greeted by staff and not a machine. Room was pleasant and although there was no outlook from the window it was nice to be able to open it wide for fresh air. Towels, shower gel etc all plentiful and the bed was comfortable. only complaint was that there were no refreshments available as I arrived after the restaurant had closed, however, I would stay again.

Very small room number 109 of about 14 square.m including a small shower room. No airconditionong no toilet ventilation and no heating through the not functioning radiators. Above all the rates were almost tripled !!! at that time due to a convention . Moreover, upon discussing with hotel manager it was found that hotel is charging less than hotels.com by about 10 percent including taxes. I sent a message to Hotels.com to refund me but with no feedback except an automatic computer response to be further being responded for the overcharge but no real response was given and still waiting for the refund by the 10 percent overcharge in comparison to hotel's room rates. tThe reception team members are friendly but part of them do not speak or understand English. The breakfast is wiite poor.No eggs, wrotten fruits and cold creps and same every day. .Parking area might be gill during a convention My recommendation is to skip Rennes town during conventions and than check prices including directly with the properties. During rush hour after 15..00 there is very heavy traffic around the city exits near the hotel affecting hotel's access at such hours.

It over priced, the room is dirty, small, dark, thin wall that I can hear next room talking. You also can't search the hotel address via GPS!!!! Difficult to find.

We were simply looking for a place to sleep before venturing out in the morning. To that avail, location and overall quality were not as paramount. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was very near the highway which was ideal for our usage. The rooms were slightly outdated, and air conditioning would have been nice, but the presence or air conditioning is not as much of a deal breaking in most of Europe as it is in the US.

If you want a genuine Non-Smoking room make sure that you are given an odd numbered room. The even numbers do not have No Smoking signs on the door and the first room we were given smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.
