We were initially very pleased with the hotel room as it was nice and clean. However, the experience quickly went downhill when we checked the bathroom. The toilet was unflushed, with the previous guest's waste still completely visible.
To make matters worse, even after flushing, the waste kept backing up into the bowl. It was completely unsanitary.
We immediately went to the front desk to complain. The staff handled the situation very well and immediately moved us to an upgraded room. While the initial lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, we appreciate the hotel's quick response and professional customer service to rectify the issue.

Got moved to their main hotel in city centre (where check in is anyway). The staff are excellent. Bed comfortable and room very clean
