Die Lage im Centro Storico und die Gestaltung der Räume sind wunderbar.
Die Eingangstüre ist schlecht abgedichtet. Beim Türrahmen sieht man nach draussen und es kommt viel Kälte hinein.

The beds and bed linen were very good, as was the general decoration and room sizes.
We were unpleasantly surprised to find that our rooms were not serviced daily, bathrooms not cleaned and beds not made. Valentina who checked us in, was subsequently uncontactable, including when we left, having to put our keys in the letterbox.
