Paradise in Piemonte

This is a gorgeous property with stunning views. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with just about anything and everything you could want. The evening dining experience is top notch with an excellent chef who creates dishes which pair perfectly with the wines of the Piemonte. Service was impeccable and the wine list is extensive. Their Sommelier is more than capable of suggesting wines to pair with your meal, but also within any price parameters you set. Unlike other hotels, the entire staff is attuned to their guests and made us feel most welcomed. We recommend this property without hesitation and extend our sincerest appreciation and thanks to the entire team!

Great location

I left my hat behind and in only a couple hours before other guests it not found. I know exactly where it was. Seems strange no one with the cleaning crew knew where it was. I got the hat in Australia so it has meaning to me.

Like staying with family!

Arriving at the hotel we were welcomed by a beaming Daniel ready and eager to help with the luggage from the car park up to the room, he was absolutely gorgeous which set the tone for the stay. Don’t come here expecting modern, come with the mindset of staying with your wealthy Italian family in their eccentrically beautiful home. Floors creek, odd little decorations abound and then you open the windows onto the little balcony and voila! The view! This is why you’re staying her, rolling vineyards and mountain top villages as far as you can see. Alfred (?) from Albania took over reception and he was just as happy and welcoming, he directed us up to the other hotel where there is a cold pool, very welcoming on a hot day to lay in and admire the view. The breakfast is absolutely phenomenal, make sure you leave plenty of time to enjoy the experience (and the view again!) Definitely stay here!

Mattress was a bit thin and very squeaky with metal base, could be improved for comfort. Front staff were lovely for check-in, so welcoming & helpful. however the breakfast staff seemed abrupt and perhaps breakfast system could be improved? The room keys were extremely bulky and heavy so were difficult to take out on walks etc when exploring.

Excellent location and the atmosphere of the old nice house. The view from the room and the restaurant was breathtaking. Very good breakfast with a large variety of food. Big room and bathroom.

We were disappointed at our dinner in the restaurant of the hotel, booked together with the room, a month in advance. At dineer, when we arrived, the restaurant was still half-empty, but first, we were not allowed to choose the table, since all tables, except the one between two doors, were reserved for other, apparently more important guests. After that, we didn't feel welcome there anymore. The dinner and service were good.

Exceptional hotel with excellent staff who are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome. The pool is great but in an other location but it's very close and no problem to go there by walk (5 min. max). The view from our room was stunning!

Superb

Breakfast was great! Normally it would be a huge buffet selection but because of Covid we had a selection of foods on our table, fresh fruit, charcuterie, cheeses, yoghurts,pastries, fruit juices and the staff brought endless supplies of coffees, teas etc. They also brought scrambled eggs or omelettes to order. The dinner in the evening was amazing. Nino, the owner/Chef, said he would choose the dishes for us, (taking into account that one of our group didn’t eat meat or raw fish) so he made 2 different dishes for her. He also chose the wines for us to go with the different courses. The whole evening was fabulous and great service. Location is perfect right in the centre of Monforte d’Alba, with other restaurants in easy walking distance . Rooms were comfortable and we had balconies and spectacular views.

Mitten im Piemont. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem Blick auf die Weinberge im Hotel Felicin für fünf Tage gebucht. Das Auto konnten wir auf einem Hotelparkplatz abstellen. Es ist wichtig rechtzeitig zu reservieren, in Montfort ist das Angebot von Parkplätzen äußerst bescheiden. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr angenehm, unser Zimmer großzügig und mit einem wahnsinnigen Blick und kleinem Balkon. Das Zimmer war, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, typisch italienisch eingerichtet. Großes Badezimmer und Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück wirklich umfangreich und abwechslungsreich, Kaffee individuell.

Ich finde diese Fragestellung nicht angepasst. Alles war gut

Tolles Hotel in Monforte d‘Alba mit nettem Hotel Personal uns guter Lage.

Die Lage ist wunderbar und das frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Es gab mehr auswahl als es in italien üblich ist. Das personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, uns bei der umsetzung unserer pläne zu helfen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist sauber und der Aussenbereich liebevoll gestaltet.

Es gibt nebenan eine Kirche und die Glocke leutet stündlich. In der ersten Nacht hat das noch etwas gestört danach haben wir uns daran gewöhnt.
