Perfect for our needs.

Brilliant location right in the heart of town with public underground parking on the doorstep. Bit complicated to use if you are travelling on a motorcycle as the automated barrier system doesn’t know what to do with you but the people on the end of the helpline spoke perfect English and managed to get us in and out. Very good Italian restaurant right next door. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Could do with a bit of maintenance. The door frame in our bathroom was rotten and one of the bedside lamps didn’t work.

Friendly staff, enormous room with s view of the square and a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Fantastic breakfast.

My overall stay was very good. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely return if I'm in Belgium again.

The staff was very polite, and the room was clean, with daily cleaning provided.

They did not change my bed sheets for four days.

Friendly staff, accomodating at breakfast time. Friendly reception experience. In reality, nothing else.

Smelly room. Smelly hallway in 3rd floor, really bad. Expected eclairs at breakfast, somebody had mentioned it in a write up, they told me they had never offered them. No slippers in a 4 star hotel??? Rather dark spaces all around.

Overall it is a clean nice hotel but they should have at least 5 pressing irons

It was nice and clean

1) The hotel has just 1 pressing iron, I'm attending a wedding, I couldn't iron my shirt and suit because someone else was using the iron. It was sad for a 4 star hotel 2) parking was a problem, a 4 star hotel with no parking. I have to take 45mins before parking very far from the hotel

Hotel is fine

It has a very central location at La Louvière, Very walkable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful.

The cleaning wasn't great, I had to ask a few times to clean things again. Some of the furniture in my room wasn't in the best condition.

Breakfast is delicious with vast variety of foods, also local (pain au chocolat, chocolate mousse, etc) The bed us super comfortable and staff is very kind, very helpful. Recommended

Location, staff, cleanliness, good breakfast

problems with the heating in one of the rooms, but this was dealt with efficiently by the staff on duty. also it takes ages (a really long time) for the hot water to get through (perhaps only a problem with some of the rooms) but when it did arrive, it was lovely and the shower was strong.

Every thing about this place is good. Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean, good room, excellent bed, fine shower...

Knives were not sharp enough! This is the only thing I can complain.
