We are very disappointed. Hallway and apartment room stinks. No respond from the hotel for our refund for almost a mont

It is near the shops and restaurants.

We booked 2 apartments and the other non smoking room smells smoke. The hallway and the apartment room stinks like cannabis smell. We complained in the reception and they have done nothing to help us. The other family with 2 little kids who suppose to sleep there went home because of the bad smell. We are very dissapointed because its our post Christmas weekend trip. We all expect a fresh smelling hall and hotel room to sleep specially in a non smoking room. We had contacted customer service, called and email the hotel for a refund because of the stinky hotel room that was not occupied but they don’t give us a reply for this matter for almost a month of contacting them. Now we have to give our review.

Nice welcome but not a good stay for us

The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and lovely

The noise from outside was unbearable (appriciate this isnt the hotels fault). Granted it was a saturday night but the street to the side i believe had local residents parting until the early hours. It was so loud, our son managed to sleep thankfully but we didnt. We stayed for 1 night before going to the airport and I would class this Hotel as perfect for people wanting to go out at the weekend and have a good time. There is no lift no heating in the bathroom and I wouldn't say it is a family hotel.

Central location, clean, ensuite bathroom, good Patisserie nearby for breakfast. Friendly front desk and welcome.

Noise from street which Thankfully ceased later in the night. Sink plug hole was open and as a result a small tube of cream fell down and took great effort to arrive. The electric fan heater resting on the floor, hard wired to the wall did not look suitable for a wet bathroom environment. Presumably this has been checked.

Comfortable hotel in the city center

Location near the train station (10 min walk). Parking is 4 Eur per day, and it is very close to the hotel.

The water faucet in room 25 is too short so it was very inconvenient to wash hands.

The price was very good , the room was okay and clean ....Because it is located in the center , expect some wild shenanigans on the weekend in the streets .

Nice location and probably the only place in La Louviere where you can speak anything other than French

Nice layout, shower and bathroom was clean and modern.

Not the fault of the staff or hotel, but room stank of cigarettes. A window was also kept open which was too high to close meaning that thunder storms woke me up and I had to deal with it as well as street noise.

The windows are not very isolating.. so even WITH EARPLUGS, I could hear a fair amount of noise from the street.. and it is a busy street on a Saturday night..

Le personnel était très aimable et accueillant. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt, mais tout était déjà prêt pour nous et nous avons pu faire le check-in immédiatement. Elle nous a également expliqué où nous pouvions trouver les différents éléments pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce service attentionné et professionnel. Merci encore !

L'emplacement n'était pas idéal si vous êtes une personne qui dort légèrement. Le quartier était bruyant : beaucoup de passages de police, un véhicule avec une alarme très forte, et quelqu'un qui était dehors tard le soir et tôt le matin avec de la musique très forte. On entend tout très facilement, ce qui peut déranger le sommeil.

La proximité du centre la grandeur de la chambre. Globalement les équipements

Ça puait la cigarette dans la salle de bains .que j ai signaler évidemment.. aucun geste n'a été proposé ou fait .j ai du aller chercher des désodorisant de ma poche . Malgré ça l odeur est resté tenace pendant les 2jours .on aurait dis que ça venait également de la ventilation. Même chose quand t on enclenchait la hôte de la cuisine..il y avait une odeur pestinentiel qui en sortait .. visiblement il doit y avoir un soucis d entretien de celui ci .. c est dommage car globalement ma chambre est pas mal .. il y avait également du moisi dans la salle de bain sur les murs et plafond.. le nettoyage pendant le séjour à été fait à moitié également..

Het plafond in de badkamer was volledig beschimmeld, de matrassen en kussens zijn niet comfortabel, geen koffie of thee aanwezig op de kamer wel een waterkoker, koffiemachine beneden was vuil (onhygiënisch)

De bedden waren super goed.

Er was ‘s nachts heel veel lawaai. Kleine badkamer , lamp boven de spoelbak werkte niet . De afzuiging van de badkamer zat vol vuil . Geen ontbijt , drinken zelfs koffie moest je uit een automaat nemen en Was enkel met kleingeld niet met de bankkaart… ‘s nachts kon je geen geld meer wisselen… We sliepen precies in een achterbuurt, voelde mij niet veilig op straat . Werd aangesproken door daklozen.
