A great budget-friendly hotel in Bilbao. The room was simple but had everything I needed. Super close to the bus station - such an easy place if you travel by bus. The staff were very friendly. There was a locker where I could leave luggage after check out. Very much recommended.
No complaints, just one thing to be aware of is that the walls are not very soundproof and I could hear everything happening in the other rooms around. Luckily I had quiet neighbors but I would suggest bringing earplugs.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Quiet air conditioning. Fridge, Iron and kettle supplied as stated on booking form ( this isn’t always the case!). Very good pre-stay communication and a welcoming and efficient check-in. Value for money.
A view would be nice but you can’t always have everything! Would definitely stay again.

Location was good. Easy checkout/checkin. Big bathroom. Everything was clean.
The bed was way too soft. They required a 100 euro deposit. The air conditioner is old, so it works with low efficiency. Bedroom/bathroom ratio is bad (too small room, too big bathroom).
