It's in a great location. The staff greeted us with a friendly smile. The bed linens and towels were spotless. The bed was comfortable. There were enough shared toilets and bathrooms, and they were all clean. The sink in the room was also handy. We decided to come to Bilbao last minute and were only able to find a place at this hostel for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Location was convenient between new and old parts of the city. It was very quiet at night. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Good hot water in shower. The sink in the bedroom was convenient.
Smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Bathrooms could be cleaner and showers could be renovated. Entrance was unclear and didn't feel very safe at night. Bed was extremely hard. Door to the Pension was left open at one point.
