It was very clean with good air condition and nice people that were working at the desk and cleaning staff. It was a lovely atmosphere and I had a good time staying there

The best hostel I’ve stayed in. Everything was spotless clean, great communication with the staff, calm and quiet environment, safe as there is only women staying. Awesome experience and would definitely repeat it next time I’m in Bilbao. Highly recommend staying here!!

The location is interesting because it's really in the middle of local people neighborhood. I recommend if people who like to stay around locals. But if you're a tourist, maybe not. The room I got is on the first floor and it has a nice view. Also, the neighborhood isn't loud.
I checked in and then went out to stroll around Bilbao Old City, and then I got back to my room and found out that my pillow was gone! I had no idea who stole the pillow, but I just realized there was no staff around and I couldn't ask for help. I asked someone is she know where my pillow was, because probably she knew, but I just realized she got extra pillows!!
