Great location for a vacation stop in Phoenix...it was basically within 20 minutes of anyplace we wanted to go. Really nice, quaint neighborhood. Accommodations basically ad expected...a little attention to details such as full soap dispensers, etc. Would be an improvement. Comfortable and safe neighborhood.

What an awesome find. The guest house is perfect for 1-3 people and is very quiet and serene.The kitchen is well stocked in the cupboards and refrigerator. And the bedroom and bed are comfy.The neighborhood the home and guest house are located in is historical and in a great location for the art district.Had the opportunity to meet and talk with the owner who was pleasant and interesting to talk with. Would have loved to stay longer than we did and will definitely stay at this guest house on our next trip to Phoenix.

Our stay was lovely, the host was available and welcoming. The garden is really lovely, and nice location proximal to downtown. We had two adults in the bedroom, and two kids using the air mattress in the living space. The air mattress was good for kids, but adults might not love it. Our kids loved it! Also, the air mattress takes up most of the common space, so not ideal for a group needing two sleeping spaces, but certainly works. Very nice kitchen!

I’m sorry to say that this was not a good choice for us. We found the unit to be uncomfortably small and confining. No space for our luggage...very tiny bedroom. It might be a better fit for a younger traveler with a backpack (no luggage) who did not require the comforts that our older bodies seem to need (things like a firm bed, comfortable chairs, dining space, natural lighting, room to maneuver).
To fit 4 in this unit using air mattress (as advertised) would be very, very tight.
