The studio has a private entrance via the courtyard. It is attached to the main house only through a weather-sealed and soundproofed door with a deadbolted exterior lock, providing total privacy.
Minutes away from the baseball and basketball stadiums, museums, cultural attractions, St. Joseph's Hospital, and Barrow Neurological Institute. A 1/2 block walk to the Encanto/Central Ave. light rail station for easy access from the airport. The perfect location for parents to visit students at Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University. Located on a quiet, pretty, palm-tree-lined street with Tudors, Bungalows, and Spanish Colonials. The studio is located at our personal residence.

Welcoming and friendly hosts without intruding. Great setting and location. Surrounded by eateries, museums, easy transport on light rail. Flowers, succulents in bloom, and palm trees. What more could one ask?

The experience was great. I was having trouble with the automatic door lock but that was on me. Any issues we had were immediately responded to by Sarah. In addition the accommodations being comfortable the location was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental. Doug Newkirk

The studio was very nicely decorated, spacious, and super clean. It was in a nice neighborhood too. I would stay there again. Just a 10 min ride from the airport.
