Historic 2 bed room Casita with private fenced yard

I would just recommend a new sponge for washing dishes as ours was a little smelly. Would also recommend changing the picture of the coffee maker on the listing as we brought coffee filters for a coffee pot and the coffee maker ended up needing coffee pods. Lastly, I would make it a little bit more convenient for people to walk into the property as the gravel was challenging with luggage and there was limited lighting. Otherwise, it was great.

This place was perfect for my son and I while we were visiting thr cinvention center daily. We were able to walk much of the time. Neighborhood was lovely and i got a nice run in too. Everything was clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend. Host bery responsive and helpful!

I purchased this VRBO with the intentions on being close to downtown As it said, in the description. he sent me a picture of the house and the fence where the lockbox was as if we would be staying in the house we thought we rented. When we get there, it’s very late at night, there is no private parking. You will be parking on the street and you will be staying in a mother-in-law suite in his backyard. This was so deceiving everything in the description said nothing about a mother-in-law suite or a side house, etc. there is no front door to protect your belongings. There is a SLIDING PATIO DOOR ONLY. when we first got there, we reached out to him and told him hey, it looks like someone is staying in the house only to find out that he lives in the main home. He was very reluctant to reach out, and was very vague in his responses being an African-American male it’s not best to be snooping around anyone’s gate at 1100 o’clock trying to figure out how a side fence opens. Once we realize that we were staying in his backyard, we made our way to the patio door that would be protecting all of our belongings for the next three days. There was no Wi-Fi Wi-Fi was coming from the main house and was so poor I had no connection for my work computer. In addition to paying three dollars for a mini bottled water in the fridge. This place was not as advertised. Save yourself the trouble. If you think you’re staying close to downtown Phoenix this is not the place for you. SCAM SCAM, SCAM!!!
