Everything, the staff down stairs were awesome. The bed was so so comfy, the location was ideal and the menu was brilliant
The room cleaner could have been slightly more attentive. I reported our coffee machine wasnt working but she didnt help. The tea and coffee were not replenished on day 3 and the bathroom could have been better cleaned. But other than that it was amazing

Room is refurbished and clean
It was stinking hot, no aircon and windows only open 2x inches. They did provide a small fan upon request. Breakfast was not included but should be for the outrageous room rate (we were desperate, it was a last minute booking). Our room also smelt of cooking from downstairs when kichen was being used, YUK
