The staff was so kind, helpful and flexible. They went above and beyond for our family by helping us with our travel plans, finding our lost items, and were so generous with the activities for our kids, making things work with our schedule.
We were on the bottom floor and the upstairs guests were quite noisy. We could hear them and had difficulty sleeping. The staff was very accommodating and tried their best to help the situation.

The staff was always helpful and nice. The location in the middle of the old city was quite good.
The room we got lacked natural light. Small windows, facing a wall or a public corridor. Felt claustrophobic after a few days. Other rooms seemed better with balconies, etc. But my room seemed lacking for the price we paid.

It’s a beautiful place
We had a lot of issues, for example the bed side lamp was not working, bed room key had issues as well and had to be changed, so it was annoying to have to go through all the trouble to get people over in your room and fix it, and the hotel didn’t really try to make up for any of these issues etc
