    I stayed in the penthouse as a treat to myself, and it was well worth it! I always stay at Moondragon every year I visit, I stay here .. The entire staff is amazing, and incredibly friendly, knowledgeable staff that can help you with anything you need.. I had ordered some tea from Chiang Rai and one of ladies was able to assist with payment and delivery..

    Everyone was very nice and I don’t like to complain but there was mold in the bathroom ceiling and hair that wasn’t mine was on the bed and in the shower. And when the room was swept and mopped more hair that wasn’t mine would be brought in.
