Greatest plus is the location for business travellers who work in the nearby industrial zone. Free parking in front of hotel and some 100m away. Plus is also that breakfast is served from 06am - nice for people who need to leave early.
spartan comfort in the rooms, but comfort nevertheless (I liked the hard mattress, but less the pillow (too thick)). Breakfast has the bare necessities, no fancy stuff. Chair at desk in room is hard to sit on for a long time - lighting in the room is inadequate to work or read.
