Comfortable hotel, decent location.

Quiet location, directly next to the water. Parking was free and if you are lucky can get right next to the door. There is a neat outdoor gym nearby. Was very quiet at night. Metro station is only 10 minute walk away. A somewhat pleasant walk as well. Nespresso machine in the room. Big bathroom.

So good we would stay again!

Had a fabulous family lunch for 20 people. Food was good, staff very helpful and location beautiful on the river. The rooms were modest but good value for money and very comfortable.

No criticisms whatsoever except maybe that we had warned about late arrival but were still expected to pay the full accommodation bill (for both rooms) before being allocated our rooms and given keys. After a long day with a big lunch hooked for the following day this seemed unnecessary.

Couldn’t accommodate our needs so we had to pay to stay elsewhere that could.

It is a low score because we have stayed many times before and every time we give it another chance we get let down with something else. This time they could not offer an earlier check in, which we offered to pay extra for or asked if there was somewhere quiet my wife could sit and wait and staff just would not help at all.

Room, very well arranged, was giving a wonderful view of the river. Dinner was great. Nice choice of novelle cousine food.

Peaceful and beautiful place, but with some (subjective) annoyances

Peaceful location and beautiful building and surroundings, nice staff. Access was easy by car to many nice places - e.g. Rotterdam, Hague, Hoek van Holland. Also good public transportation access by Rotterdam metro line B (about 800m walk to Maassluis Centrum station). It was good place in general, but for the price there were quite many annoyances to us (that may not bother or happen to all).

Some annoyances that were not to our liking - e.g. separate WC without hand washing sink, no closable door to bathroom, balcony to the parking place, call from the reception in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good, but quite expensive.

Amazing!!!

The hotel is beautiful and really comfortable! Staffs are great, location is really good and they have a parking space for free (which is really hard to find). The room was big and clean, we had a meal at the restaurant and the glass room is beautiful. Staff at the restaurant are friendly too and very patient with us only speaking in English.

The pilots were too high and there was not a lower option. The staff promptly tried to remove stuff from the pillow for us to try to help, but it was not possible.

Good Quality, Reasonable Price

Attractive, comfortable, clean, and far more reasonably priced than the vast majority of hotels in the Netherlands. On a quiet street with a great view over looking the Maass river.

IT was nice and I’d stay again.

IT was clean, nice location and the staff was great.

There were not complementary water, coffee or tea in the room. You had to buy everything which was not nice especially when you paid so much for the room. Those are basic things to have in a hotel. Also they followed me to the room to remind me about a dinner bill which they could have put in to my room bill and I would easily pay when leaving. I was going to check out anyway.
