Like feelings "welcome" and "like at home". Clean. Pool is nice. Also like my sea view room. "Paella day" was great

Nice hotel
The reception staff was really really really too slow. Took us 45 minutes to check in. There was just another group of 3 in front of us. The facilities were all closed too early too.

Location, friendly staff, gym, bar and restaurant
No AC- they said its off now in the whole building because it is cold outside but then came in my room to try to fix it and said that its incredibly hot in the room so I can sleep with the windows open. 4 start hotel??
