    The hotel was nice and tidy, very decent hotel for such a price. The luggage storage offered by the hotel is very useful to us. The hotel is about 2 mins walk away from the beach and bus stop. Great location! My friend and I faced some issues on the first day in Palma, and the receptionists kindly offered help and resolved our issues. Very very kind of them! Very recommended for those who are considering this hotel :)

    Hotel Amic Gala exceeded our expectations. It is situated in a great location with easy access to public transport and the beach. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated that they offer luggage storage and allow guests to use a shower after check-out / before check-in, which was incredibly helpful for our travel schedule. Great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again!

    There was a cockroach in our toilet. It was really terrible experience that I never expected.. The staff caught it for us but I was worried if there is another one.. (Only one appeared) And the water gonna cold and hot in each 5 minutes.. also the room key wasn't worked well so we had to try like more than 10 times every time we wanna open our room... But the staffs were kind and I liked the luggage room is free for visitors
