Got a free upgrade, which is always nice. Great view if you have a room facing the docks. Breakfast was fine

Very friendly staff…
We arrived early morning & the very friendly, helpful person managed to check up us in, find a room that was ready immediately.
Our bed was made every day & room cleaned nicely.

Outside (front) area is closed after breakfast, would be nice to still be able to site with a coffee/drink.

The property was in a good location in Cala Bona.
The air conditioning for the first night didn’t work so we had a very uncomfortable night. Had to move rooms the second day. Then the electricity in the whole hotel went out for a long period of time. Then the water wasn’t working. In the evening we were going back to the room to relax and the electricity went out for a second time. So no A/C or lights/tv to get ready for bed.
