The pools were nice Cocktails tasted really good Hotel was immaculately clean All staff were pleasant especially the older guy on the bar. Great location Never had a problem with sunbeds

We arrived early but we were told we couldn't use the facilities or get any drinks or food until we checked in when the room was ready. So we put our cases in the room with computer server in and went out for a drink. About an hour later we were called to say our rooms were ready. What annoyed us is that when we were leaving a couple were given a pass to get drinks and food as they were also early. Paying for cocktails on an all inclusive, how's this even possible? Not enough things there to entertain, should have a pool table or table tennis.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable in a great location - perfect for excursions and plenty of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to center of Cala Millor and Cala Bona.

We found the hotel was quite expensive considering the service and amenities. Simple things like not all sun beds having umbrellas (those that do get snagged first thing in the morning) so if you want to sunbathe there is zero shade without going elsewhere. Although we were half board we ate out basically every night as the dinner buffet was not the best compared to others I have experienced.

Good location, nice sea view. Tasty food B+D (although too repetitive for longer stays).

Should have more beverage options in bar.

Food was bland, and my partner celebrated her 50th birthday while there.I emailed ahead before arrival to ask if anything special could be done, no reply, so asked again when i got there only to have a price list pushed in my face starting at 35 euros for a slice of cake and a glass of prosecco.Im not tight but youd think after soending £1400 euro for a room they could have done something.
