Club Simó

We really enjoyed our stay at Club Simó. Visiting in early October was a fantastic decision. We avoided the summer crowds and the whole island was noticeably more peaceful and pleasant. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive - they even prepared a lovely birthday surprise for my wife without us having to ask or mention it at all, which was a truly thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved the animation program, which was well-organized and kept them entertained most of the time. The food was delicious with a good variety and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and pleasant. Highly recommended for families with children!

Nothing worth mentioning, everything met our expectations.

The best hotel we ever stayed at. Everything was perfect!

Nothing

We had a wonderful stay at The Club Simo Hotel. Our room was always clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is also very convenient. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the seaside, where you’ll find plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés, as well as beautiful sandy beaches. Having an ALDI store just a 5-minute walk away was another great advantage :) The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The food deserves for a separate regards - it was absolutely amazing! Always delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

The internet connection quality did not meet our expectations. There was no Wi-Fi coverage in our room at all. Wi-Fi was available in the common areas, but the connection was somewhat slow.

Availability of tennis courts

The hotel is rather old and furniture and room equipment as well, needs serious renovation. Food was average, breakfast were quite ok, dinners poorer (all meat tough, cheapest probably), cheap coffee machine and bad taste coffee. Wifi basically did not work at all in the room. No hotel parking available, even they claim it on booking.com that hotel has! The receptionists were not very friendly, not really helpful and kind. Ants in the room, cleaning not really proper, hairs from previous people left on the floor for several days, etc. Kitchen is poorly equipped.
