The food was ok, the variety of activities for children was great and I found the evening programme interesting. 15 minutes walk to the best part of Alcudia beach.

It was extremely loud in the morning when they started to clean the pool downstairs with some very loud machinery. Lots and lots of people everywhere, but this was to be expected when you book a place like this.

Clean and tidy, smelt lovely, comfortable beds, nice view, great location.

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Was in an ideal location, close to all the shops and bars and had plenty of facilities on site.

Only one pool had music and entertainment, but the pool and the area didn’t have enough facilities for the amount of people staying at the hotel so was forced to go to another. The staff was just rude, acted like you were the biggest inconvenience to them, never cracked a smile, very unhelpful and unprofessional. Didn’t help had to constantly replace our room keys because they would only work for 1 day and they stopped working again. The floor in our apartment looked like it had never seen a Hoover or a mop in its life. Other peoples hairs and dirt and dust just collected everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting. Asked for towels 3 times and never got them, we had to use the same towels our whole stay. The cleaners never came to our room once.
