Apartments/rooms in the hotel are nice overall and the small kitchen is helpful to prep. some quick meals when needed; however, don't expect a full kitchen as is the case for stand-alone apartments.
Very nice pool, although they get a bit crowded.
Great location, very close to nice Alcudia Beach/Muro Beach, less than 5min walk and can walk to the marina as well.
Nice balconies, accessed via both living and bedrooms
Amazing breakfast.
Some of the facilities are outdated and cleanness can be improved.
WIFI in the rooms is really slow, definitely not good enough if you need to catch-up with any work. Need to go to the reception and/or pool area for that.
Reception/game/lounge area is not properly cooled down, not much/any AC and/or ventilation, very hot in the summer months.
There is no dedicated parking, only available on the streets, but usually you can find spots after driving in the area for a bit.
AC is only in the living room, so need to leave door open in the bedroom (not great if there 3 in the apartment, 1 sleeping on the sofa in the living room).

Good location in a quiet area with a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by several supermarkets and shops nearby.
Victor in reception was great and consistently provided excellent customer service.
The apartment was very clean with a spacious balcony. The air conditioning worked well in the heat.
We ate at the buffer for dinner and it was not the best.

Lovely food, always beds available by the pool. Friendly staff.
Our sink in the bathroom was blocked on arrival, they fixed it quickly but then our shower blocked.
