    Our room was booked for 3 adults and we asked for a quiet room. We were given a room for only 2 people right outside the kids splash park, nosiest place on the site. We asked for extra towels and bedding from Reception and were repeatedly fobbed off and treated like an inconvenience even though it was housekeepings fault the room wasn’t equipped for 3. No one told us at check in that the pools were locked until 10am, there were queues of people and all the sun loungers were taken by 10:05…. Lifts were broken for our stay, everyone with children’s buggies were struggling hugely. On site shops are very well stocked and lots of nice local places to eat in the evenings

    WE had a fab stay and due to unforeseen circumstances we had to extend out stay twice. Pau on reception was brilliant and went out of his way to help. Big, spacious rooms, lots of gorg pools. Views of the lake were stunning. We will defo return. April weather was unbelievable

    I When we arrived we found that the balcony door could not be closed. After repeated requests for repair, it could not be resolved and we had to come to the reception to request a third time to change our room. Finally, it was resolved in the end, the receptionists were helpful but we did not like that there was a lot of noise, total chaos, a complex with blocks with elevators that barely work. In addition, maximum crowding at breakfast.
