Great for a one or two night stay. Close to airport

Rooms were large, we were 3 adults in one room and had plenty of space, and balcony. Although rooms were a bit dated, they were very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Reception Staff were super helpful and friendly. Very good value for money, and quiet.

Our room was big and comfortable. I really liked the balcony size . Breakfast buffet was smaal but was enoughly. Workers were helpful..

On the breakfast meat and cheese was served in same plate on the buffet, should be served separately for vegans.. pillows was extremely hard so wasn’t so comfortable.. shower tanks needs to be more clean..

Simple hotel very close to the football stadium. Luggage storage was no problem.

It is a little bit far from the citi centre, but you can get a bus just across the street. But it is a good location if you want to go to the stadium.

Everything you need for a short break. Room was good, bed was comfortable, lovely breakfast and staff were helpful and friendly. Right outside the Juventus stadium with views of the Alps. Will definitely book again if I go back to Turin

In the morning there were some loud regular noises to hear, approx. from 6 am. It was like someone is be banging some steel gate...I had a room 108 with a view at a arena.

The staff were very friendly and helpful

When leaving the room the magnetic door card is removed from the holder on the wall in the room and all electricity is switched off leaving no possibility to charge any devices whilst out of the room. There was a small fridge unit that was also affected by the lack of power rendering the the possibility for keeping small items such as drink impossible. The breakfast was basic but sufficient but would suggest together with the provided ham and cheese providing tomatoes and cucumber would give a little finer touch and possibly fried bacon in addition to the eggs. The location turned out to be a mistake as most of my day revolved around the city centre which required a 40 min journey by buss or a 20 minuet walk to a tram line or combination of bus and metro about 1 hour. Availability of Uber in this location was non existent and generally the only option from the hotel to the airport was a 35 euro trip with Taxi which should be taken into consideration. Football fans visiting Juventus would have a perfect stay at Master Hotel.

Restaurant closed. Breakfast not worth, bad coffee. There was an automated light in the room which annoyed the family if someone moves in the room during the night.

If you travel for Turin for sleepover (vis-a-vis to the stadium) it is an excellent choice.

Super complete breakfast! Special coffee! Did NEW scrambled eggs for us even as we came late for the breakfast (09:30) Underground garage (allways open= BUT with 100% camera supervision by the hotel reception) - bring a torchlight. AC worked like a charm. Very late arrival (23:45) was absolutely no problem. Staff was super friendly.

Disappointing

Uncomfortable bed, pounding during the night (boiler room or whatever), not working air conditioning (in three days three times asked for repairs). Breakfast poor 6 of the same things every day. The road from the garage to the hotel is so dirty and messy that it's hard to describe.

Amazing stay!

The staff were incredibly nice! The breakfast was delicious.

There is underground parking but really no signs to guide you to the elevator of the hotel.
