Location doesn’t make up for poor quality

If you’re there for a match, it’s right across the street from the stadium and close to some restaurants and groceries.

Broken furniture, bad beds, very poor toilettries, very small tv, windows only have sheer curtains, few outlets, zero flexibility on checkin time.

Poor

Very disheveled and not very clean. Didn’t feel comfortable and it was about 4x as much as I would’ve spent knowing the quality of the place. Uncomfortable bed, cracked shower pan, desperately in need of some improvements. There were Nazi symbols on the wall leading to the hotel which made us extremely uncomfortable, though there isn’t much the hotel can do about this.

terrible loud music till 1:30am from own restaurant

this is a restaurant not a hotel. we had a room on top of restaurant bustling with people. loud music and people talking outside under our window until 1:30am. my bed was a cheap spring based one and had to put mattress in the floor to sleep.

checked out early morning didn’t know where to leave key as they couldn’t speak a word of English would be good if restaurant was open all day and be able to check in earlier as nothing really to do in the area

Upon my arrival, the Staff were very polite and made it possible for me to check-in earlier than the stipulated time. The room was ready and clean.

Maybe the breakfast can be better. Only few items were offered.

The breakfast was fine. The location was right because it was near the Juventus Stadium. We went here for the Final Champions.

Pleasant

- it is located very close to the Allianz Stadium so it's a good option if you're going for a match; - there's free parking in the yard; - free water dispenser;

- there is a restaurant downstairs and they had a party which went on until 2 a.m. and there was a looooot of noise and loud music; people would go out to the terrace to smoke and socialize, and the terrace was right below our balcony, so it was extremely noisy and impossible to sleep;

only positive points: the friendliness of the maid / housekeeper, the kindness of the manager, the size of the room and the comfortable bed (at the same time, do not sleep, one wonders what is the point)

Know that the activities "evening entertainment" and "disco / DJ" advertised as "extra" in the tab "equipment" are actually IMPOSED since the dining room located just below the rooms has become a real nightclub. 2 nights where we stayed in bohemia, with NULLISSIME sound insulation. Obviously the manager did not understand the principle of the hotel which is to be able to sleep at night! end of the music: 1:30 in the morning. end loud bursts of laughter and customer discussions on the terrace, just below our room (single glazing course): 2:30 because I went out to ask them to stop. Add to that an outside awning of balcony blocked in low position because no switch or crank to raise it (super the view!), The nonexistence of shutters and a curtain too small for the width of the window (to be awakened by the dawn is so nice when we had to wait until 3am to sleep!), a rudimentary breakfast, thin walls between rooms (we heard our neighbors well and wake up their laptop) and a trace of urine on the toilet bowl upon our arrival to welcome you. To top it all they found nothing better than to note as an address on booking the main address while the real entrance is located in a nearby street, super to end up in stress in front of a closed gate without a functional intercom. In short if you plan to feast up to 3am in Turin it can be the limit you agree with a night mask and earplugs in the morning. But if as you expect to pace Turin on foot all day, FUY !!

Esperienza negativa: rumore e costi ingiustificati

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte. Era la sera di una partita di calcio. Quindi la posizione per lo Stadio è ottima. Buona la colazione.

Soggiorno deludente. A fronte di una tariffa altissima, la camera offriva dotazioni minime e un riscaldamento insufficiente. Il problema principale è stato l'inquinamento acustico: la canna fumaria del ristorante al piano inferiore è rimasta in funzione con un rumore fortissimo fino a mezzanotte, impedendo il relax. Per quanto pagato, il livello di comfort e silenziosità è stato totalmente inadeguato. Comunque non avrei scritto niente se il prezzo fosse stato rapportato al posto, ma vista la cifra avrei preteso molto di più.
