Hotel-Pension Charlottenburg

Fairly close to important parts. Got a free extended use of the room. Perfect since we had a late night bus.

I don't know if there are technical limitations for the water system in the building or something else like power saving. But you might want to keep the showers a bit on the short side. Not sure if the information existed, but I missed the fact that it was on the 4th floor. Good to know if you have a problem with elevators, and/or struggle with stairs. Usually try to get the 1st floor or ground floor.

It was simple, traditional and excellent value. The street was quiet with easy access to cafes and shops. 1

Awesome location. Good price - value ratio. We had no neighbors during our booking so there was no noise. Relatively it's a capital, the area wasn't noisy. The room was clean. We didn't use it but I saw some tea and hot water possibilities in the community area.

The apartment was quite old. One of the beds was significantly moving, the other was firm and sturdy.

decent place if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night, showers were warm, i was content overall considering what i paid for

the room i was in (5) had a broken window that wouldn’t shut, bed has no backboard, limited staffed hours and you have to access the building via key so if you lose the key you’d be a bit doomed, will hear people moving up and down the corridor
