Good breakfast. Good location. Chambers are a bit outdated, but plenty of room and comfortable!

A bit outdated, squeeky bed. But comfortable non the less. Good location with free parking and a supermarket around the corner. Castle and city center within a 15-20min walk.

Room was well lit.

Front desk clerk was not readily helpful in taking luggage up for me. No elevator and three flights of stairs. I forced the issue and he did it begrudgingly but did not help my fired.

Breakfast was very good, location is fine. Staff were professional but missing that make you feel comfortable touch.

The hotel is called, The hotel with a beautiful view. We were given a room on the third floor with a view obscured by a fire escape ladder. We new the hotel had no elevator when we booked, but struggled to get luggage up the last two winding old wooden staircases. We wanted to stay on the Mosel River for the view of the river. We had no view. Disappointed as we were quite abruptly told that they had no other rooms available.

I was charged extra just because I asked for two extra eggs for breakfast! Completely unacceptable, especially when you consider that the included breakfast was almost nothing: one egg, three dry rolls, a mini portion of jam and two even smaller extra portions, and one slice of cheese and ham. Definitely not a breakfast that fits the price

Location, Moselle view, breakfast, Cleaniliness were great. I was impressed even with open bags and things left open , the rooms were cleaned and nothing was missing. Very honest cleaning staff. Appreciated

Our room was in the 3rd floor . There was no lift and it was nt mentioned during booking. It was difficult for my old parents to climb the stairs

The included breakfast was great. The view on the castle was beautiful - make sure to take a room with riverview!

The mattress was not very comfortable and the cushion was very soft, but it did the trick.

Very agreable stay: nice spatious room, terrace downstairs, near the city center, next to the Mosel

Very nice, spatious and clean room, with view on the Mosel. Location at walking distance from the city center (but without the noise). We came by train and walked somewhat more than half an hour; if you come by car, you can park near the hotel. The hotel has a "loungy" terrace, where you can sit, chat, read, or have a drink. Very agreable! We liked it very much!

Big rooms, comfy beds and pillows, all rooms have a nice view, parking next to hotel, walking distance to cochem, breakfast was good, however, no sweet things (only crepes) or fruit (only apples).

Everything was ok, we booked 7 rooms, all were nice, however some had a very small bathroom. No elevator

Short stay

We have stayed here a few times & it is very nice - its a lovely walk along the river to town - Paulina was lovely.

Just a bit of a walk into town but as long as you are fit it’s fine - you can walk along the river all the way.
