Great boutique hotel with lots of care and details

It’s a lovely place even in the winter when there’s a lot less to do. The rooms are neat, the showers splendid and we kinda abused that. The sleeping super comfy. The toiletries high quality and same as spa.

A couple of nits: the room had inclined ceiling (last floor) and it was easy to bang the head - they could have made the edge round! The breakfast was a bit expensive at $27 - I was sick and only had a croissant coffee and slice of bread and jam. That said, they put a terrific spread with many options and if you come with appetite it must be a terrific breakfast!!!

A favourite place to stay when we visit friends in Ville d'Avray and Sevres.

The room we were in wasa lovely.. (200). The decor was peaceful and so well done. The location near the ponds and the path in front of the Corot house is wonderful.

Our food (dinner one night) was not quite up to Parisian standards, we didnt' think. We were sorry the other restaurant wasn't open the nights we were there. We have had a wonderful experience in the Michelin star restaurant.

Calm and pleasant location near the ponds and forest, classic architecture, excellent food and engaging original art.

It seemed that spa-linked facilities were not available during the weekend without a treatment.

Nice looking hotel, felt expensive for the surrounding area and poor service.

Beautiful property and nice decor.

We sat down in the area overlooking the lake for a drink, no one served us or the other couples for at least 30 minutes. We were one of four couples waiting. The French couple next to us attempted to get service and after multiple requests a waiter came along to give us a menu. He was not seen again. Not a great start to an evening. Breakfast was nice but felt expensive for what it was.

Fantastic hotel, would love to come back at some point.

Breakfast was phenomenal, room was super stylish and the staff were lovely - such a great surprise of a hotel for us, having booked it without checking any details when our Eurostar train was cancelled. Made us feel very good after a previously stressful evening!

A very nice place to enjoy some quiet French time.

The staff were lovely, rooms very comfortable and super good beds. The shopping and restaurants were only a short 10 minute walk away.

The breakfast was limited considering the level of hotel and the price.

An exceptional property that you would never guess is hiding behind the somewhat unassuming facade

The style of the hotel is truly exceptional. Nestling in a the natural surroundings of the lakes where Corot used to paint the integration is stylish and harmonious. A very exceptional setting for a personal stay.

The dark blue decor of my room, whilst not an issue for me, could be a factor of claustrophobia in certain people of a sensitive disposition.

Excellent getaway from the city

Great location especially if you want to be in nature My main reason for the visit was to show my mum Chateau de Versailles but not stay in Versailles this place is the perfect in between. The Etang forest is just next to the hotel you can do your morning run in the forest and chill by the pond as you wish. We even walked over to Versailles its just less than 5km - Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff was lovely. Highly recommend for a chill weekend get away

Peaceful and I felt recharged.

Loved the style of the hotel. Loved the calm. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Being surrounded by nature was amazing. Little Oasis.

Breakfast could have been better. I was told that there was so much choice and for that I went. There could have been more hot food instead of liquid scrambled eggs!

Beautiful hotel, incredible service and one of the best dining experiences at Le Corot

This stay is a really special experience. From the moment of check in we were greeted with excellent hospitality. The hotel interiors are beautiful with such a cool vibe. As parents travelling we entered our room with bottle warmer, baby bath products, a little gift and cot - so perfect and thoughtful! Le Corot was one of the best restaurant degustations we have ever had. Incredible service and beautiful food. We will be back. 10 / 10 magnifique!

I had longed to visit Les Etangs it is incredibly beautiful as a location and rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was very good

I explained in advance that I am an artist and art historian coming to look at where Corot lived and worked. I didn’t like having a room facing the street. The staff called me in London to ask if I wanted to reserve Le Corot but reserved the Cafe instead. As this is also a spa and I ask a patient who stated they are on oxygen I wonder if my health played a role in the loss of my reservation.

disappointing for the price

lovely location in Paris and with lakeside and wooded walks. reception staff were welcoming and very helpful, especially when we had a health problem.

it’s a triumph of style and pretension over comfort. very stylish and swish, but the bedroom was over-furnished and cramped, had no lighting that you could read by, and a window that could not be left open.

Endroit magnifique et dépaysant

Les étangs sont magnifiques, c'est vraiment dépaysant et calme. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et la chambre très confortable. Le service de l' hôtel est impeccable.

Le personnel du spa est un peu moins accueillant et on n' est pas informés des prestations auquel on a accès. La chambre n' est pas super bien isolée donc on entend le bruit de la rue. Les poubelles sont juste en face de la chambre " esquisse ", donc y a un odeur qui rentre. En dehors de la fenêtre de la salle de bain y avait une bouteille de champagne ouverte qui est restée là tout mon séjour. Aucune personne du nettoyage n'a remarqué ce détail.

Un bel hotel dans un tres beau cadre avec un personnel exemplaire.

Le personnel a ete d'une gentilesse exemplaire, c'est le meilleur sejour que nous avons passe dans un hotel. L'hotel est tres confortable, et nous avons beaucoup profite des ballades au bord des etangs.
