A warm and comfortable loft in Sevres

The hotel is conveniently located on the central street of Sevres, outside Paris. There is easy access to the city as well as to the nearby Versailles, through mass transportation. There us a metro station in about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. My studio was roomy and comfortable. There was a small kitchen and a bathroom, a sitting area, a desk and a double bed. The decoration was tasteful. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean.

It was hard for me to carry my suitcase upstairs as there is no elevator. I believe there should be a notice to prospective customers that access to the two floors above is only via a narrow stairway. People with limited motion abilities or senior guests, as well as guests with heavy luggage, will have a very hard time getting to their room. Also, I couldn't get the TV to turn on. maybe the control was out of batteries but I also couldn't find the buttons on the set.

TERRIBLE!!!

NOTHING

I was absolutely shocked by the standard of this hotel. In no way does the photos represent the disgusting nature of the rooms. When we arrived at this “over a kebab shop” location we were first struck by the shoddiness of the décor and entrance hall. Upon reaching our room we were struck firstly by the weakness of the room door. While lockable it would have been easy for anyone to push it open. Then, for our child, we opened the ”pull-out couch” and found to our horror a flimsy ragged foam “mattress” with torn and old covering. It was essentially an old piece of foam being represented as a third bed – with no base so anyone sleeping on it had to inhale the antiquated carpet dust all night. If we had a dog we would have thought twice about putting her on it. At this point, and with a child in tears due to lack of safety, cleanliness or comfort we immediately left. If we had booked a hostel that is one thing but at eur 120 per night we expected more. We contacted the owners looking for a refund and they ignored this request and simply responded that we could have moved to a different room. We had booked the best presented room on the site so this was never an option. We are still awaiting a response re refund some many weeks later so the owners attention to basic accommodation services is similar to their customer care. Avoid at all costs.

La propreté. Le lit était confortable. Douche chaude.. C,était calme.

La photo mise en une ne correspondait pas à la chambre que nous avons eue, Notre chambre etait plus petite. Le canapé n,était pas un clic clac et du coup le 2nd couchage était un simple matelas au sol. Peu de possibiltes de rangement des affaires, une seule chaise. Pas de tablette dans la salle de bain pour poser des affaires.

Nous sommes sûrs d'être bien ici

L'emplacement est pratique pour nous. La literie est de qualité. Tout est impeccablement propre. Tout est équipé et décoré avec goût. La propriétaire et le personnel sont très aimables. Un ventilateur permet de supporter le climat actuellement surchauffé.

Grimper jusqu'au 3ème étage est pour nous un challenge mais récompensé par un logement qui donne sur cour.

Não trocaram a roupa de cama antes da minha chegada

Não fica nenhum funcionário no hotel. Não me enviaram o código para entrar no hotel antes do horário do check in, enviaram somente mais tarde. Como eu estava sem internet no celular, não consegui acessar o código e tive que ligar para a secretaria do hotel. Eles não falam inglês e foi muito difícil pra eu conseguir entrar no hotel. Quando entrei, percebi que não limparam o quarto antes de eu entrar, pois a cama estava desarrumada, havia lixo no quarto, uma escova de dente usada e toalha de banho úmida, como pode ser visto nas fotos. Além disso, a água do chuveiro não esquentava. Reclamei da limpeza do quarto e da temperatura da água, mas só no terceiro dia arrumaram o quarto e liberaram outro chuveiro pra eu tomar banho quente. Já me hospedei em muitos hotéis e até então nunca tinha dormido numa cama onde outro hóspede dormiu sem que o hotel trocasse os lençóis.

le bruit à l'intérieur de l'établissement (insonoriser la porte de la chambre 1 vs douche/toilettes en face) et de la chambre (bruit de soufflerie ? venant du placard). Manque une grande casserole; La console est inutile et prend de la place

Hôtel très agréable et calme, les chambres sont jolies et bien pensées.

Nous avons été déçu par le lit car sur l’annonce c’est annoncé grand lit double de 180 alors que ce sont seulement 2 petits lits rapprochés. Chose que nous n’aimons pas et donc nous sommes déçus de cela.
