The location in Marques is convenient and just a short walk from the metro. The one morning we choose to eat breakfast on site, it was excellent and is set up buffet style. However, if breakfast is not included in your room rate, the charge is €15 per person per day. The staff were very accommodating!
We had drinks and an appetizer at the on site bar and the appetizer (stuffed mushrooms) was mediocre.

Great staff & a beautiful hotel. Very good breakfast.
The property & everything about it was great but the immediate surrounding area is a little run down. Despite that it felt very safe

Location was OK
Service staff seemed disinterested in helping us find our room given we were in the castle part of the hotel; finally they did help us find our room. The beds were very hard; hand rail on the staircase was loose; no markings at bottom of staircase with a glass door; we had no hot or warm water the second night and the continental breakfast was just OK. I would rate this hotel a 1 out of 5 for location only. Not worth the money.
