Ok for one weekend in La Roche!

The hotel is strategically located, walking distance from the centre. It’s in regular conditions and the room was ok for one night. Breakfast was fine. The owner is extremely kind and welcomed us greatly. He is the great value of the stay!

The beds were not comfortable and we had some back pain in the morning. There was a colony of insects in the bathroom- we strongly suggest a disinfestation before it gets worst. They were spread everywhere, inside and outside the room.

The room was clean and tidy, which is good, but this part needs really of a bit renovation.

Relaxing stay and good value for money

The location was great. Room was very clean, and ours was facing the back where there are trees and grass, very relaxing. The host is very kind. On-site parking but also street parking nearby. Walking distance to La Roche town.

The window in the bathroom cannot be opened. No kettle or cups in the room, but we bring a travel one after seeing previous reviews.

This hotel is very close to centre and had secure parking for our motorcycle. The host was exceptional, and couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat with different choices.

The mother of the boss is soooooo friendly. breakfast was small but very good.The owner was very friendly.This is the first time i stayed in a small hotel withoust stars.I am really happy i did.

Very kind people, the room had an attached bathroom and douche. Just a table to work on a laptop would be helpful, the breakfast was very welcoming and enough, a very good place to stay.

The hotel and our room was decorated in Provence style, which was a nice idea. Our bathroom was very spacious and room cosy. In the breakfast a lovely elderly lady took care of every client and brought more coffee or bread, if needed.

Convenient to the town centre. Off road parking....host spoke good English Continetal Breakfast was good . Helpful staff

Room was very cramped with dated furniture and fittings..no lift Shower was dangerous due to no slip mat..toilet seat loose...noisy guests. .Room extremely hot as curtains not been closed in the 30 degree heat of the full sun

The breakfast lady was super friendly. The breakfast had enough diversity. We had everything that was mentioned, yet it felt really small.

The room was very small. Shower was inside the same room, which was a little weird since we were not a couple. Apart from that we had no big complaints.

Nice small village and a hotel with a fantastic service.

Me and my friends will recomend this hotel. The owner was very service mindedand helpful. We came very late in the everning and I discovered that I had booked the wrong date for our stay. We anyway got rooms for the night and he also gave us a fantastic meal considering the late hour. We are more then greatful with the service we were given.

De ligging van het hotel is prachtig, de eigenaar een hele vriendelijke en aardige man, echt een gastheer. Ontbijt was ronduit prima. Kamers waren schoon

Très bon séjour du 31 octobre au 2 novembre 2025 et je recommande cet hôtel

il fallait attendre longtemps pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Nous n'avons pas pris le déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner était super, copieux et varier, le patron regardait s'il ne manquait rien.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel dans un cadre charmant.

L’hôtel est conforme à un deux étoiles en terme d’équipement dans la chambre avec un plus pour la propreté et la qualité de literie. Les chambres et les draps étaient très propres. Le petit déjeuner est du niveau d’un 4 étoiles par contre. Des viennoiseries de qualité d’une boulangerie locale, de la charcuterie locale, un œuf préparé minute par le propriétaire, plusieurs confitures, des fruits vrais, du jus d’orange…. Un accueil en or du propriétaire. Nous avons été ravi.

Leuk en gezellig hotel wat prima gelegen is vlak bij het centrum van dit gezellige stadje met veel

Het ontbijt was super goed alles vers kan koffie of thee en elke dag vers eitje met veel soorten beleg en ruim voldoende echt top. Bad kamer is voor een standaard kamer gewoon goed en netjes met douche en vrij hangend toilet alles was schoon. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en razend snel niets was te veel als wij gingen ontbijten en weer naar de kamer gingen was alles weer aan kant ook top.

We vonden het een aangenaam hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum van La Roche

Heel mooie en sfeervolle ontbijtruimte. De hotelmanager was heel vriendelijk. Hij deed moeite om ons in het Nederlands aan te spreken. Het ontbijt was super lekker en mooi geserveerd.

De tussendeur tussen onze slaapkamer en onze badkamer/toilet was een plastieken harmoniumdeur. Een volwaardige binnendeur zou beter zijn.

De parel in La Roche en Ardenne

De ligging is geweldig, direct tegen het centrum aan. Je loopt de brug over en je staat in het centrum. De uitbater was super, het ontvangst was het beste wat je kan krijgen. Dit pareltje is wat gedateerd, niet negatief bedoeld, maar het heeft een geweldige sfeer. Wij waren op de motor en die konden we achter het hotel onderdak parkeren, dat was super. Het ontbijt was inclusief en ge-wel-dig! Allemaal verse dingen en verse broodjes. De volgende keer komen we hier zeker terug!
