I loved the location of the hotel, specifically the magnificent views from the dining room and living room. The hotel was very well maintained and decorated and the staff were very friendly and profesional. The breakfast and food at the item was fabulous and the details such as the tea time cakes in the afternoon made the place really welcoming. The hotel is a family run business and this is very apparent in the warmth and management of the hotel. The shuttle service run by Enzo was very efficient at ferrying us to and from the slopes and the ski equipment delivery and pick up from the hotel was ideal. I will certainly be returning for a winter and summer stay.

The staff, amenities and dining experience was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay heartfelt.

Beautiful mountains, amazing views, crazy good food, very attentive staff.

The breakfast was amazing with very tasty patisserie products. The buffet does not include "warm" food as other hotels might because they will prepare it in the kitchen and bring it hot. Maybe a bit of variation from day to day would improve it. Each day they would prepare 2 cakes for free in the main lobby. After a day skiing that was such a treat. The spa area is not amazing. Well equipped but the swimming pool was a bit too small. Everything smells amazing as does the entire Hotel. The highlight has to be the dinner. It is a real experience - 4 course dinner with salad buffet. The waiters are top notch, always attentive and fast. The staff was very helpful and it is worth mentioning the assistance they provided to take you to the ski area. Just so you understand how helpful the staff was: I forgot the rented car's headlights on and it drained the battery. I was in a bit of a hurry we were heading to the slopes. They asked for the keys of the car and by the time we were back the car's battery was recharged. That is attentive service.

Perfect, you must visit!

Staff were truly amazing, thanks to them all for going above and beyond every day to make our trip special. They all went out of their way to day hello and make sure you were happy. Spa was fantastic and the views really amazing. We had the all inclusive package including dinner which I 100% recommend as its some of the best food we've ever had. Restaurant service was exceptional. Parking on site was easy and free.

The most exquisite stay

Everything was perfect... The hotel venue is unique, with a direct view on the Dolomites mountains. Sunrise, sunset, daytime is like a mesmerizing movie. The guests rooms, dining room, Spa, bar... are beautifully decorated. The food is delicious and fully deserves its Michelin award. And last but not least, the personnel is so warm and careful that one almost feels home.

Hotel se nalazi na predivnoj i mirnoj lokaciji, s očaravajućim pogledom na Brenta Dolomite. Naša soba imala je panoramu koja doslovno oduzima dah. Hrana i usluga su bili na vrhunskom nivou – osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno i uvijek spremno pomoći, naročito kada je riječ o informacijama vezanim za naše izlete i planinarske ture u Dolomitima. Svaka večera bila je posebno iskustvo, a u raznovrsnim slijedovima jela renomiranog Michelin chefa Gennara Balicea smo istinski uživali. Definitivno se vraćamo! 😃

Zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en bijzonder hotel. Wij hadden half pension en het eten was elke dag verrukkelijk. Alles met verse ingredienten, mooi opgemaakt en vriendelijke en behulpzame obers. Inrichting is huiselijk en smaakvol. Je kan je er makkelijk snel thuis voelen. Uitzicht is grandioos! Turks bad en zwemmen na een lange wandeling zalig.

Di fronte alle Dolomiti di Brenta. Scenario unico. La camera era meravigliosa con un bowindow rivestito di cuscini dove (nelle giornate piovose) ci si poteva dedicare alla lettura. Menzione speciale 1 al cibo. Mio marito soffre di una allergia e si sono fatti in quattro per accontentarlo sempre. Qualità del cibo meravigliosa. Menzione speciale 2 allo staff.

Se proprio devo trovare un punto debole ma andiamo proprio a cercare il pelo nell'uovo: la qualità del pane non era secondo me all'altezza delle aspettative, ma sottolineo che a Madonna di Campiglio non esistono panetterie Cè solo la coop con il pane industriale. Intendiamoci: non è un pane cattivo. Però ne ho mangiati di migliori.

Pojechaliśmy na narty wiec jak to we Włoszech stoki perfekcyjne.

Śniadania dobre , obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pan od busa rozwożącego na wyciągi bardzo pomocny , po wykonaniu telefonu po odbiór za stoków przybywał w trzy minuty .

Busik był do 20.00 wiec kolacja lub spacer w Madonnie był możliwy tylko własnym transportem . Niestety ten ładny hotelik położony jest około 3 km miasta w totalnej dziurze jak to hotelarze piszą w bardzo spokojnym miejscu .

Wyjątkowo troskliwy personel. Rodzinne i indywidualne podejście do każdego klienta. Wspaniałe jedzenie. Doceniam to, że wstęp dla dzieci do sfery SPA był możliwy do 17.30, dzięki temu w późniejszych godzinach była cisza i można było korzystać z relaksu.
