The property was really beautiful, especially the gardens surrounding the rooms. The room itself was clean and had everything you could need. We only stayed for one night as a stopover on our drive from Ficksburg to Hermanus, but would definitely recommend this place.

Only feedback is the number on the site needs to be updated. We had a Tyre burst due to which we were going to arrive much later at the property, a couple of hours after check in would close. I tried contacting the host via booking.com, email, and by calling on the number on the booking.com website to no avail. And for many hours there we had no idea if we’d even be able to check in or have an accommodation for the night, which was quite stressful. However, when we got to the property, thankfully there was a number posted on the outside which I WhatsApped and got an immediate respond from the host letting us in. We really appreciated her being so responsive and attentive. So no harm done, just updating the number on the site would avoid any issues in the future for other guests.
